About Me
My name is Nazish Raja and my childminding setting is called a Nazish Raja childminding services for parents. I work directly with parents to determine childcare needs. I provide safe and healthy environment for children , this includes teaching the children safe practices.It is also my duty to give children a varied nutritional menu base upon the dietary requirement, parents request or from professional recommendation.
I plan age and developmental appropriate activities for children, adhering to Early Year Foundation Stage.I maintain discipline of children and encourage positive behavior, these means getting children to help themselves, what ever possible and only ask for help when absolutely necessary.I listen to children, encourage them, enabling, stimulating and i ensure that children are safe. i implement and update my policies and procedures in line with Ofsted.I carried out risk assessment regularly and i follow all safety procedure including child protection policy.All accident, emergencies and administering of medication are dealt with according to policy and first aid box regularly replenished.
My Experience
I was working in a school from more then one year as a TA and I am a registered childminder. I have experience working with children in Montessori school for more then five years.
My Qualifications
I am Qualified TA.
I am Qualified Mid day assistant.Ii am Registered Childminder.
I have done my First aid course.
I have done my Food and Hygiene course.
I have completed my Health and safety, safe guarding training.
My Availability
I am available full time from Monday to Friday(9am to 6pm).
