I’m Tatiana, a devoted, experienced, and professional Portuguese nanny based in central London, with over 15 years of full-time nanny experience caring for babies, toddlers, and young children.

With over 15 years of experience as a professional nanny, I am confident caring for children of all ages — from newborns to school-aged children, both in sole charge and in shared care with parents. My Fees
- Babysitting from £17.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
My rates are £20–£25 gross per hour, depending on the role, hours, and responsibilities.
I’m ideally looking for a 4-day per week position, but I’m also open to 5 days for the right family. I usually work 45–50 hours per week.

It is with warmth and appreciation that I write this reference for Tatiana, who worked with our family as a nanny for nearly 3 years. These have been wonderful years during which we came to rely on her deeply.
Tatiana began caring for our daughter when she was one year old, and later helped us with our son as well. She is an exceptional nanny by all measures; calm, confident, and experienced in caring for young children and babies, including managing multiple children at once. She creates a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment in which children can thrive, striking a good balance between being loving and setting firm but gentle boundaries.
One of Tatiana’s great strengths is her ability to foster development in thoughtful and creative ways. She nurtured our daughter’s love of books, crafts, and imaginative play, regularly taking her on library visits (too many to count) and involving her in baking and cooking, which quickly became a favourite activity.
Tatiana also demonstrated incredible skill and sensitivity when it came to managing toddler tantrums, always understanding exactly what our daughter needed to feel safe and calm. She helped us sleep train both of our children in a gentle, no-cry manner that aligned perfectly with our parenting values. She also managed potty training with ease, turning what is often a challenging phase into a positive experience. From a household perspective, Tatiana is also extremely organised when it comes to sorting play areas, bedrooms, laundry and organising in general, often a godsend after long weekends of childcare where the house was fairly chaotic come her arrival on a Monday morning.
Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Tatiana consistently went above and beyond. She made herself available in emergencies, travelled with our family overseas on multiple occasions, and was always a joy to have around, both at home and while abroad.
Most importantly, Tatiana is a truly wonderful person. She adapts easily and brings warmth, reliability, and heart to everything she does. We feel very fortunate to have had her with us during these precious early years of our children’s lives.
Any family would be fortunate to have Tatiana as their nanny. I have no doubt that she will be an invaluable addition to any household and would be happy to speak further on this at any time.

Tatiana has been our full time nanny for a year now and I feel like I found gold. I was really worried to leave my 1 year old to go back to work full time but the second she walked through the door he liked her immediately and that hasn't changed since. She is a natural at her job, she took care of him through happy days, tantrums and sick days, she found lots of activities for him in the area or even made up her own when we were stuck at home on rainy days. She cooked him delicious meals at home every day and taught him to eat by himself. The only reason she'll be leaving us is that we got an early spot at the nursery we like but if I could still keep her I would. I already feel jealous about the next family who will have the pleasure of having her.

I cannot speak highly enough of Tatiana. She looked after my oldest daughter a few years ago and is now looking after my little boy every time mum and dad need a break.
If I had to describe Tatiana in three words, I would choose: Caring, trustworthy, and resourceful.
Tatiana is also very creative. She always has an art project on the ready, and is always up for dramatic play, even if it means building a fort with chairs and blankets or dressing up like medieval characters or roaring like dinosaurs. Her energy seems limitless! I also have to mention that her cooking is delicious and my kids just love it!
In summary, Tatiana possesses all qualities that make a nanny successful.
Any family who engages her service is a fortunate family indeed.

Tatiana has been our 2 day a week nanny for the last year and a half. She very quickly became part of our family. She is absolutely wonderful with our son, who is now 2, and is a delight for me to work with. All of us count her as our friend, especially our little boy who thinks of her as his best friend. I feel very lucky and blessed to have her in our lives.
I trust her 100% and often ask her for advice. She's very knowledgable about babies and children . She's incredibly calm, patient and fun.

Tatiana has been babysitting 2 year old Isaac and 1 year old Verena on occasion since they were born.
We parents love her but more importantly the kids get super excited when we tell them that she's having them for the night or the weekend.
She cooks beautifully and she does lots of fun artsy stuff with the kids, we sometimes have presents when we get home!
She is a joy to have around!
