I am a mum to 3 beautiful children 2 boys and 1 girl ages 29,26,23
I live with my husband of 31 years in a spacious home, along with our two mini Pomskys Bella & Bonnie in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.
Being a mum myself I recognise the importance of knowing that your children are safe and being well cared for, therefore I will treat the children the same way I would my own. My aim is to provide a home from home experience and treat all children with love,care understanding and affection.
I love working with kids and over the years had many different jobs working with them. IF I ever have any spare time, I love to go walking read books and spending time with my family.
My Experience
I have many years experience of looking after children from babysitting as a teenager, to work experience in a nursery. I then went on to have my own 3 children.
I worked in a primary school for 5 years as a Teaching assistant and a mealtime supervisor . Working my way up to become deputy of the after school club!! So I have experience in all different ages of children ranging from birth to young adulthood and have experienced many different needs of children and there families from teething toddling to the teenage years !
children with medical conditions and behavioural problems. I also babysit for relatives and friends on a regular basis. All of these jobs I have thoroughly enjoyed.
I have now been a childminder for 13 years! and .......

My Qualifications
OFSTED registered child-minder.
OFSTED registered Nanny.
Diploma in childcare Level 3
Food safety and Hygiene Level 2
First aid certificate in paediatrics and young children.
Many years experience in all different settings and children of all ages.

From the moment we met, I knew Leanne was going to make going back to work easy for me!! Instantly we made a fantastic connection, the time and love Leanne and her family gave to Teddy was next to none, he was welcomed into their home, into their routine and treated as a member of the family.
Teddy was always happy in Leanne’s care, any family that chooses Leanne will be making the right decision.
I cannot recommend her or thank her enough!! xx

I was looking for the right childminder for a while and I knew Leanne would be the one since I first met her.
She is extremely organised, fun, responsible, energetic and above all SO loving to all the children.
She really cares about each one of them and treats them like their own.
She's been like another mother to my kids.
Another thing that made me decide for her was her beautiful family.
Her children are so well behaved and love to have all the kids around and play with them.
And her husband is so helpful and great with kids too!
Leanne had all the kids make all sorts of fun and creative activities and the children came back home with crazy funny artwork!
She really listened and cared about each parent's needs and has always been trying to help us and go the extra mile for us!
I can't recommend her enough and can only say great things about her!
We are all so sad to see her leave to another neighbourhood!

Leanne is an outstanding childminder in every respect.
The moment we walked into Leanne’s warm and loving home, we knew immediately that it was going to be the right place for our daughter.
We have been taking our daughter to Leanne since she was 9 months old. She is now a lovely independent bubbly 3yr thanks to Leanne's care, love and time. We can’t thank Leanne enough!
Leanne has became part of our and our daughter's daily life and she is like another mummy to our daughter!
Leanne is a lovely, caring, loving and kind hearted individual and so is her family. She is very understanding and very helpful with all our needs.
Leanne ensures the children develop in a safe, caring and loving environment. My daughter absolutely adores Leanne and her family, especially her wonderful 3 children who are like extended brothers and sisters to her. She loves them all.
She has blossomed into a very intelligent, confident and warm loving little girl thanks to Leanne and her family's love, time and attention.
The atmosphere in Leanne's house is very vibrant, loving and warm. Our daughter loves all the daily activities they do during the day, playing in the lovely garden, going to the park, meeting up with other childminders etc... She loves it.
We highly recommend Leanne to anyone who is looking for a loving, warm hearted, caring person and most importantly you don't need to worry about your child when you are at work:)

Leanne is a wonderful chilminder. I knew she was the right person for my son the second we met. She is warm and caring and you can tell she really enjoys working with kids. She also appreciates all the quirks your child might have ;) My son is very happy there, it's all smiles in the morning when we drop him off.
I would recommend Leanne to anyone wanting their child to stay in a warm, creative environment and with lots of fun.

Leanne is a fabulous Childminder! She is a bubbly friendly lady with a lovely family. The children she minds adore her and her family and along with her qualifications, this was a deal cincher for me! She has designed her house into a child friendly space, with safe access to the garden, allowing the children freedom to explore supervised. She provides healthy meals and is very organized. She is flexible, reliable and always willing to go the extra mile.
Sad to part but all the best for the future! X
