About Me
Hi, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Sarah, and I live with my hubby and our 2 grown-up sons. We live in Throop, Bournemouth. I am only 5 mins (by car) away from Bournemouth Hospital, JP Morgan, and a short walk from Castlepoint Shopping Centre. We have 2 family pets, Rossi, a Labrador/Collie, 13 years young, a very kind patient, and he loves children and Amber an American Labrador, 3 years old, and also loves children.
As a family and in a childminding setting, we enjoy the outdoors, spending time out with the dogs on walks, and going to the beach and forest. In my setting, we enjoy going to toddler groups, minder groups, baking, arts and crafts, parks, messy play, visiting the library and shops, Farmer Palmers, Oceanarium soft play/role play cafes, meeting up with other childminders. Both my sons enjoy Autograss racing.
My Experience
I am a parent of 2 children, 25 and 22 years of age.
I was a teaching assistant for 2 years at Ferndown Upper School and Linwood School.

My Qualifications
I have completed a childminding course and have Paediatric First Aid training, I am Ofsted Registered (Good) September 2024, and Accredited Childminder, which helps parents who are entitled to and receive the Government Funded 15/30 hours.I have been on recent courses ie, First Aid, Health and Safety, Sign Language, Healthy Eating, Food Hygiene, Behaviour, Childhood Obesity, City & Guilds Level 3 in Childcare in the Workplace, Level 3 Safeguarding.
My aim is to provide a safe, secure, and happy environment in which children can enjoy each other's company and share one another's interests.

My hours are Monday - Friday
8.00am - 5.00pm - (hours are open to change if required)
