Hello,
It is my pleasure to introduce myself.
My name is Crystal and I am in my early thirties. I have over five years of experience in childcare working in various childcare settings, including working as a CHILDMINDER!
I am a reliable, understanding, and conscientious Childminder who would always put a child's welfare before anything else as well as have a good sense of humor.
I enjoy working with children because it makes my life more enjoyable. I believe that each child is unique and they have the potential to achieve their dreams later on in their life. This means that I have the skills and qualities to give your child/children different life experiences and important life skills which will continue as they grow.

My Experience
• I hold a BTEC National Certificate in Children's Care, Learning and Development (level 3).
• I have worked within different childcare settings over the last 10 years and I have decided to work closely with families and become a nanny.
• I started my nanny journey in 2019; my roles include the following:
a) Handovers with parents - building good relationships with them
b) Setting up various age and stage appropriate activities for children based on their interests, such as cooking, craft, construction, etc.
c) Cooking meals and preparing lunches
d) Light housework
e) Undertaking professional training as necessary
f) School drop-offs and pick-ups
g) Ensuring children are safe under my care and meeting parents’ needs and wishes
h) Taking children to parks and local activities

Crystal was looking after our little one he is 17 months old for few weeks, and he really enjoyed being with her. She made transition (as when we have to leave ) really easy.
What we liked about her is that she was really focused on him, from moment when she entered our house.
She made lovely fathers day card with my son with water colors as a surprise and we think that was really thoughtful.
We think that she tried to use time really well while with him and playing and teaching him different stuff.
We were really happy with Crystal and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
She will definitely look after your little one well. Thanks Crystal!

Crystal did babysitting for us over 2 nights at our hotel whilst visiting Bournemouth. Our son was asleep every night when she arrived however she was punctual and I felt very comfortable with our son being there with her. Her main aim is to work with kids so she clearly has a love for them. We will use her again without a doubt when we return! Thank you so much Crystal.

Crystal has Nannied for our youngest son for several months and she has been fantastic. She has developed a lovely relationship with him and he is always happy to see her. She has been reliable and on time and a pleasure to have in the home.

I recently booked Crystal for a school collection and childminding for my Twin children. She was punctual and understood all instructions. She has an enthusiastic approach with the children and was a good communicator.
I can recommend her and I will be booking her again in the near future to assist.
