About Me
I have over 20 years of experience looking after little ones. I am Ofsted registered with up to date paediatric first aid and a current DBS check. I also have a clean driving licence.
I am a great believer in organic produce therefore all meals that are offered are organic fresh and seasonal .
I absolutely love the company of children, you learn a lot and you never stop laughing!
I was once asked to describe myself and my setting, my reply was old fashioned values with very high standards and this remains the same today.
I have created a very happy home/nursery environment which includes a small enclosed garden where the children can play. I like to teach the children about fruit and vegetables to encourage healthy eating, I am not a fan of sugar so avoid it when I can.
I have two daughters both married with children, I am lucky enough to have cared for my grandchildren as well as my godchildren's children!
My Experience
I have over 20 yrs of experience caring for children of all ages from new born to school age. I also have a lot of experience looking after twins.
I find a lot of first time mum's prefer leaving their little ones with a more mature person.
I am very lucky to have three wonderful assistants who have worked in nurseries with Montessori experience. Between us we take the children out to music, the playground, the park to feed the ducks and the library where they choose their books for the week. We love our arts and crafts. There is never a dull moment!
My assistant also offers babysitting to our mums.
I have excellent references.

You won't find anyone as great as Liz. I was SO anxious to leave my firstborn son with anyone, but had to return to work. I searched high and low and my instinct told me Liz was the one. She put me at complete ease from the start, and without a doubt she knows her stuff. All the children she looks after look happy and my son certainly is. He is so happy to go each day and I know he is so well looked after. He eats 3 full meals with Liz, that he never needs Dinner by the time he gets home. There are daily activities and he is just so well looked after. Thank you SO much Liz, you are a star!

My 2 and a half year old son loves going to Lizzie's house where he is cared for in a warm, happy and nurturing environment that really is like a home away from home.
I find it beyond reassuring when I'm working that he is safe and happy with her and the other children, enjoying a range of stimulating activities. He is growing up to be a very kind, considerate and confident little boy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services.
