Hello, my name is Emma.
I am looking for a part time position in Cambridge on Mondays and Tuesdays.
For the right family I will consider five day positions.
I am a hard working, enthusiastic nanny with thirteen years experience working with private families. I am able to be flexible, use my initiative, and have a general muck in and help attitude. I have a gentle/attachment style childcare approach as a base, however I am happy to adapt to your family needs.
My Experience
Currently in a party time position caring for two boys aged 14 months and 2.5 years.
14 years babysitting experience with children aged 2 weeks - 16 years.
Cared for a child from age 16 months until 3 years.
Prior to this I was with my last family for seven years, caring for two children up to the ages of five and seven.
I spent the previous three years as a full time live in nanny in Battersea looking after two girls aged four months and seven years when I started the position.
During this time I was able to successfully wean and potty train the youngest whilst ensuring the eldest had everything she required for school and sourcing equipment. Both girls had fantastic social lives and loved going on adventures and discovering new places and activities around London.
I have had two years of placements in nurserys, pre-schools and schools through out my college course and worked in a Nursery setting with children 0 - 5 years in 2010 after leaving college before moving to London.
I have also volunteered at a local youth club working with children 11 - 16 years.
