About Me
Hi my name is Liz and I run 'Lizzie's Little Learners', a childminding setting based in Four Marks, Hampshire. I live with my husband and two children and our home is a very welcoming and caring home from home environment for the little ones I look after. We love to spend time outdoors, whether it's in the garden, park, local woods or growing vegetables in our allotment. I feel that it is very important to work closely with parents and I provide a wide range of fun activities for the children, following the EYFS framework and the interests and needs of the children.
My Experience
I have worked as an Ofsted Registered Childminder in Hampshire since 2015 with children of all ages, it has been a pleasure to watch the children grow, develop and move onto school with a confident smile. Before childminding (and having my own children), I worked as a primary school teacher for 15 years in Surrey, specialising in the early years and Key Stage one.
My Qualifications
B.Ed (Hons) Primary Education
Cache Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce - Early Learning and Childcare Pathway
Level 3 Award in Preparing to work in Home Based Childcare
Paediatric First Aid
Level 4 Safeguarding
Food & Hygiene
Plus many other continuous professional development courses
...and of course I am a mum too :)
My Availability
I work Monday- Thursday and my hours are 8am - 5pm. I offer full and part-time contracts and can be flexible with hours, so please do call for availablity.
