About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder for the last 10 years and carry a paediatric first aid certificate along with all legal documentation required in accordance with my registration.
I live with my husband and have two children, 15 year old son and 5 year old daughter. I have been living in Slough for the past 17 years.
My setting is homely, friendly, safe and above all fun for the children, with plenty of opportunity for play, and stimulation for all ages. All my work is based around the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
I offer both flexible and affordable, quality childcare for children aged 0-8 years of age within my home. I have a current DBS check and hold both public liability insurance and business use on my car insurance.
I have a car to transport children to and from school, playgroups and on outings. Children are able to take advantage of a fully enclosed safe garden with a large and varied selection of toys and equipment both in the garden and inside my home.
I am happy to pick up children from Western House Academy in Cippenham.
At my last Ofsted inspection I achieved a Good Standard.
My Experience
I have been childminding for 10 years. In this period, I have looked after children from various cultures and background.
I've cared for children ranging from 9 months to 11 years of age. From helping some take their first steps to helping others read their first words. In most cases the experiences of my minded children have enriched my experience as their caregiver.
I have also worked in Various Local Nurseries as Assistant Teacher, this experience has enabled me to pick up vital skills needed in development of children from an early age.
I have attended various training courses related to childcare including EYFS standard.

Various EYFS training courses including, Equality and diversity, Food Hygiene and Safety and Female Genital Mutilation (FGM)

I am available Monday - Friday from 7am to 7pm including Public and School Holidays
Also Can Do School Pick Ups from ALL the local Schools.

Asma has been looking after my oldest daughter for 2 years now. From the first meeting, my daughter was so at home in Asma’s setting, she never wants to leave when I collect her in the evenings! I am on maternity leave with my second now and I still send her to Asma’s setting because of the care she gives. My daughter has learned so much under Asma’s care and every day she wakes up excited to go to her house. I know My second will be just as happy! I cannot recommend her enough, she is the most wonderful child minder we could ask for.

Asma’s gentle nature really helped my son settle in quickly to the change in routine for him. He has thrived with Asma and is always happy to go there. He comes home with boundless energy!
He plays outside regularly, enjoys drawing and singing rhymes with Asma. I felt at ease leaving my son with Asma as I knew he would have lots of fun.

My 18 month old daughter has been with Asma for about 3 month now but she has become so close to her and her daughter that you would think she has been with Asma for a long time. My daughter wakes up every morning very excited to go to Asma's house.
Asma is a very loving, gentle and caring individual who tries to help me in every possible way. It was only because of Asma's persistence that my daughter stopped taking her dummy. My daughter has been a fussy eater but since she has been with Asma she is keen to try new foods and has a much healthier eating routine.
I appreciate the one on one attention that my daughter gets with Asma as this means she is now learning a lot of new things like colours, animals, numbers etc which she didn't when she was in a nursery before.

Asma has been looking after my 2 boys and she has always been helpful. She has advised me as how I can support my children with feeding, since they are very fussy eaters. Asma has also spotted my son's behaviour when he was being bullied at school and has advised me to speak to the right people. She is very flexible in terms of making childcare work around my working hours and was always ready to help us whenever we needed childcare that we did not book in advance, which made us feel we can always count on her help whenever we needed her.
Asma's communication has been great, we would talk about what the boys have done and what they needed. She will text me regularly and send me photos of when the boys would be doing something for the first time, such as making pizza. Asma involves the boys with many activities, which is always a plus.
My overall experience of having Asma helping us has been super!! I am so grateful to have met her.

My son has been with Asma for the past 4 months and he is very happy with her. He is reaching all his developmental milestones above and beyond expectation. Asma is a conscientious childminder and loving towards my son. She arranges daily activities in line with the EYFS programme and takes my son to the local library regularly. I am very happy with the care my son is receiving from Asma and would highly recommend her.
It is reassuring to know he is well cared for when I have to work full time.
