About Me
Due to child moving on to nursery , from April 2025 I will have a Thursday and Friday space for a 0-3 years child . Also a Tuesday and Thursday before and after school slots for Mill o Forest primary school.
I offer a friendly, warm, homely fun environment with fully equipped , fully enclosed back garden with walking distance to local parks and beach . I'm a non smoker, driver and have a cat as our family pet. Graded 5,s at inspection in October 2022. Please feel free to contact me for a visit or a chat.
My Experience
I have been back working as a childminder again for the past ten years.. Have three grown up daughters , 4 grandsons and a brand new grandaughter.
My Qualifications
Graded 5s 2022. Have updated First Aid, Child Protection, Safeguarding Children ,,Infection Control and Prevention and Food Hygiene and Safety Courses. Have undertaken Covid 19 courses , Child Mental Health . Child Development, ADHD Awareness, Autism Awareness and Paediatric First Aid. Also update CPD on a regular basis and have participation certificates.

My little boy has been with Linda from 10 months until he started nursery at 3 years old, he loved his time with Linda and speaks about her often at home too! Linda cares for the kids like they are part of the family which makes them feel at ease and comfortable in her home. The kids are always up to something fun whether it's outside play, colouring in or out and about at the beach / parks. Linda's setting is the perfect home away from home set up! Linda always goes above and beyond. Thank you for taking great care of our little boy and helping set him up for his next step 😊 highly recommend!

My daughter stayed with Linda from 6 months till she started nursery. Linda is an exceptional childminder whose remarkable skills and caring demeanor have profoundly influenced my daughter's development. My daughter has been going to linda for a few years now and she absolutely loves linda. Linda offers such a homely setting and does so much activities with the kids whether it's crafts or even outdoor play at local parks and woodland area. Linda is very caring and shows such care to each individual child. I wouldn't use any other childminder! Linda is my first choice always!

My daughter has been in Linda’s after school care for four years. She is very comfortable and happy in Linda’s home. It’s a very happy, homely setting and Linda goes out of her way to make sure the kids have lots of things to do whether they are making crafts, playing with toys or spending time at the park and on walks. Linda has always been very accommodating for us and goes out of her way, nothing is too much trouble. We feel very lucky to have Linda and would highly recommend her service to any parent/guardian.

My daughter has been going to Linda’s for just over a year now. I was extremely nervous to begin with however Linda invited us over to introduce herself and show us around her lovely house. My daughter felt extremely comfortable and looks forward to her mornings with Linda. She always goes the extra mile and even puts in the effort to make Mother’s Day cards etc. Which I find absolutely brilliant. My little girl says she always has fun for the short period of time she’s with her. Can’t thank linda enjoy for all she does and she is also very flexible for our needs. Highly recommend her.

Linda has looked after my 5 year old and 3 year old since March this year. They both look forward to going to Linda and miss her heaps when they are off. Although it's been a short while since they started Linda has welcomed them with open arms. The kids are never bored and she goes above and beyond what is expected. I would without a doubt recommend her to any parent /guardian.

Linda is very kind, caring and professional. My son looks forward to going to Linda’s and enjoys the activities she does with him.Linda is always available and reliable and we are lucky to have found her in our town. I would have no hesitation to recommend Linda.
