My Experience

My aim is to provide a safe and caring environment for your child, I will encourage your child to learn autonomously and as part of a group, guiding them to make their own choices and decisions and develop to their full potential. I acknowledge that you the parents are the primary carers of your child and I will work closely with you to gain knowledge of your child and their experiences.

As well as having my own two children, I have been extremely privileged in being a part of the lives of over 40 babies, including twins, from as young as 5 months and have seen them through to Reception and beyond. I can offer care for your child from babyhood right through to secondary school, which means your child will have a great sense of security and continuity whilst with me.

As a childminder I can look after your child as if they were at home. Our days are fun and varied with activities such as shopping at the local supermarket/market for our fresh food meal times, going on outings to parks, farms, libraries and educational visits. We will also attend the local toddler groups and soft play centre, which allows your child the experience of interacting with a larger group of children, beneficial for starting school. For older children, I can take them to and from their playgroup/school and help them with homework - I currently service Watford Fields Infants and Junior schools.

I also offer a home collection and drop off service.

My main aim is to ensure all children in my care are happy, educated, safe, secure and enjoy their childhood to the fullest.
