About Me
Hello my name is Vicki Peirson, I am a mother of three and have been childmining for almost 8 years. I provide a home from home experience for your little ones, closely following the EYFS to encourage learning and development in all 7 areas.
I am passionate about children learning and developing through play in a happy, secure environment. I understand the need to be flexible and accommodating. I work with a team of 4 experienced assistants, offering a great continuity of care everyday.
My Experience
I have three children and have completed my diploma in Early Years Education alongisde a comprehensive CACHE level 3 qualification in home based childcare. In addition, paediatric first aid and safeguarding training. I am also studying for a degree in psychology and counselling.
I have looked after young children for many years and am part of a large family with children from varying ages. I am OFSTED registered, my last inspection was GOOD in all areas.

Our son has been going to Vicki since he was 10 months old, and we feel so lucky to have found her. Like any parent, finding the right setting for your child is the most important thing. From our first visit we knew that our son would be in brilliant hands. Vicki is a very experienced childminder who strikes the perfect balance of providing a nurturing safe environment for Children to flourish, play and learn. Not to mention have fun and make lots of friends! All the activities are so well thought out, there’s lots of reading time, crafts, games and running around in her lovely garden. Vicki provides varied and healthy home cooked meals and she’ll get the children involved too - our son loves Friday baking! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vicki, she’s fantastic!

Vicki has looked after my 2 children for over 3 years and we just love it there: the homely environment, the educational and interactive games, the crafts and the learning of all basic and social skills. Vicki puts so much thought and effort into all their day to day activities and she also cooks the most delicious and nutritious meals everyday (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) - and the kids love them, including the vegetables!!! :)
It really is a home away from home for us and I can confidently say that there isn’t a better setting out there!

Vicky looked after my daughter Sofia from 9 months old. She is a warm, loving, fun and her 2 children are adorable. Very good Child minder.
