Di has been amazing. Flexible and accommodating we couldn’t have asked for more from someone entrusted to look after our son. He’s always excited to see Di in the morning and comes home happy and tired after a busy day outdoors doing all sorts. He has especially enjoyed mixing with children of different ages and the developmental leap was evident from the moment he started with Di. We’re so sad to be moving away from the area because our son has been so happy with Di. We would whole heartedly recommend Di to anyone looking for a childminder. She’s been perfect.

Di looked after our son (3 years old) for the best part of a year. He really loved coming to her house and was always kept busy with a range of exciting, fun activities and outings. Di is a caring, enthusiastic and practical person, who always has a plan for the day, whatever the weather! She offers a home from home environment and has made our little one feel like part of the family. We will all really miss her!

Di is an honest, caring person who treats her own (also extremely caring) kids with the same love and discipline as her clients' kids. We've found Di flexible and helpful beyond the call of duty, and a joy to deal with. A no-nonsense northerner with a big heart, our 3-year old absolutely loves Di (we're only leaving now because we're moving - otherwise, we would stay with her forever!).
Di has daily contact with another lovely childminder, and so there's some nice variety in what they can do together - parks and trips out are a big feature, and at the end of the day our daughter often comes home mucky and happy - with cooking or craft projects they've done together and with stories of today's adventures.
The biggest recommendation we can give is to say that when our little girl is with Di, we know she's happy, safe and stimulated.

My son has been with Di for nearly two years. Its with great regret that we are saying goodbye to her. My son absolutely adores Di and he never wants to leave at the end of day. Liam has grown and learnt so much in the two years he's been with Di. He's literally just one of the family. There isn't a day when they are not doing something. Liam is always coming home with different pieces of artwork that he has done proudly. I get pictures daily sent to me of things that Liam has been up to.
Not only is she amazing with my son but with me also. When I've struggled with transport to hers, she's dropped Liam off at mine. She is really understanding when I'm running late. I'm absolutely devastated to have to say goodbye to her. If I could move her with me then I would.
