About Me
Welcome to Grace's Childminding Services. My name is Grace. As a working mother, I understand how difficult it can be to leave your child(ren) in someone else's hands. I hope to make this transition a little easier for you and your child(ren)
My experience as a parent and training as a childminder has provided me with strong skills in childcare. I feel very comfortable and competent in caring for children of all ages. I am a gentle, kind person who wants to bring out the best in all children in my care. I welcome children no matter their background and do my best to make your child(ren) feel comfortable in my setting. I am an Ofsted registered child-minder. I am also a member of Childcare.co.uk. I had my first inspection from Ofsted in 2014, 2017, and 2023; the result was good. As a child-minder, I provide your child(ren) with a safe, warm, and welcoming home-based environment. Through a wide range of activities, children will be encouraged to express themselves positively and will challenged to maximize their potential. My philosophy is to discover and develop every child's talent.

My Experience
For 12 years, I have been a childminder and during those years, I have attended many courses. This is for the knowledge of how to bring the best out in each child. I also have taken courses that will help me keep your child(ren) safe from any harm.

My Availability
I am available from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm Monday to Friday including school holiday and Term -Term Only. If work/distance permits you to drop your children earlier than 8:00 am, we can discuss it in person.

My Fees
- Childminding from £8.00 per hour
£8 per hour.
Half-day (8 am-1 pm) or (1 pm-6 pm)
Healthy snacks, drinks, and lunch included(half-day and full-day)
I also offer:
Free childcare for 15 hours for 2-year-olds.
Funded 30 hours of childcare for 3/4-year-olds.

I am writing this review with mixed feelings: joy, gratitude and sadness.
Grace has made such a difference in our son’s life. He came when he was barely a year old, still crawling. 6 months later, he is walking, singing, talking, attempting to count, learning to take turn and sharing. What a transformation we have witnessed and this is down to Grace’s warmth, patience, kindness and experience.
We felt like we were working in partnership with a family friend.
You will be dearly missed!

We do recommend Grace as a child-minder without any hesitation at all. She has looked after our 2 children for over 3 years in total and we couldn’t be happier with their social, physical and intellectual development. The kids love her and her family too, you can see that with the big smile in their faces every time we left them there. Grace’s house is a very clean, safe and homely environment. Grace takes time to plan the kids’ activities, either at home or outside, going to the library, child center or even excursions like the ferry. She has been like a close family member for us during our time in Woolwich and helped us a lot with the kids. We and our children will really miss her in our new life far from Woolwich. She is definitely the most professional and loving person you could find to take care of your little ones! Big Thank You for your hard work Grace!

We feel really lucky to have found Grace childminder. I have been extremely happy with the care my son and daughter have received. Grace home is always welcoming, clean, and we'll organised. Grace had been a great support and she make sure that there are plenty of opportunities to socialise with other children through toddlers group and children centers.
We highly recommend Grace as she loves and enjoy working with children also she's very good with the children.
