About Me
We are a family of 4- Mum, Dad and 2 happy boys, 7 and 10 years old. The boys are in Year 3 and Year 5 at a school a few mins walk from our home in Clapham.
We are a multi-cultural family, from Europe + Asia and frequently travel during holidays. We cherish our family time together and while Mum and Dad both work 4/5 days per week, we are engaged parents and strive to stay connected with our children. We need an after school nanny to help with school pick ups, play dates and preparing dinner Mon- Thu, to ensure a smooth evening for the whole family.
The kids love playing board games, lego, biking, football, and cricket. They also enjoy creative crafts, playing together with their toys and games, exploring outdoors and being active. They are creative, play the piano, and often come up with ideas for musical or craft creations, and new foods they would like to cook/ bake/ try.
My Requirements
We are looking for an organised and caring after school nanny 4 days a week, 4-5 hours a day after school. Tasks include picking up the kids from school, help with homework, daily tidying up, cooking healthy meals for the whole family, organising their school bags and uniform for the next day. Our children have some food allergies so you need to be comfortable with this. We cook most meals and snacks from scratch, focusing on high nutrition and balance. If you enjoy cooking, experimenting with recipes and have fun in the kitchen, that’s a huge positive.
If you are interested in more hours, you can also help with laundry and ironing and occasional babysitting. We are flexible on this.
We are keen to find someone who has a positive and helpful attitude, is kind and patient with the children, and is able to be flexible around our needs as a family. In return, we will treat you with genuine interest, kindness, respect and flexibility.
