Reka

Amazing, would 100% recommend

We were looking for new childcare for our two children aged 3 and 1. We visited a few childminders but was drawn to Réka’s due to her setting and demeanour with the children.

We knew we had made the right choice, the boys absolutely loved going there and it was like a home from home. They did a variety of activities each day and were always out and about which helped them develop.

Communication with Réka was straightforward and prompt.

Réka has a genuine passion for childcare and puts the children’s needs first.

We would recommend Réka’s setting to anybody seeking childcare.

Trustworthy, knowledgeable, open-minded individual

My son was with Reka for over 3 years. I initially went with Reka because she is clearly intelligent and very knowledgeable about caring for children but she was also receptive to using cloth nappies, which I was using with my son.

Through the years, I found Reka to be very trustworthy. She grew to be an extension of my own family, which I have appreciated immensely being a migrant to the UK. She holds firm boundaries, which I think is healthy, but she also works with families and is flexible.

Educationally, it was clear my son progressed exceptionally well in Reka’s care and that he had opportunities to expand his world and how he looks at the world. He learned about holidays and cultural practices that were not our own, and he was able to visit places like farms and soft plays, as well as tons of stay and play groups.

Reka’s setting was the perfect balance between a small, protected environment and a space where my son was appropriately challenged and could grow and explore the world.

My son is now in reception and has adjusted beautifully. He is also excelling educationally. Much of this I put down to his care and education with Reka. If I had the opportunity again, every time I would choose Reka.

Great childminder

I met Reka through Hungarian Community Group when I was pregnant with my second born, she is now nearly 4 years old and has been with Reka since she was 5 month old. Reka is absolutely amazing with the children, she does treat them as individuals. She is very friendly, reliable, trustworthy and transparent. Reka was very helpful throughout the years,especially through potty training. I do like that she takes the children out to local communities, so they can experience diversity. I cannot fault her in any way. My daughter and my whole family will miss her as unfortunately we are moving away in September.

Lovely and friendly childminder

My son was with Reka since he was 10 months old , as soon as I met Reka I knew she was the one !
I cannot recommend her highly enough she’s very professional and friendly, my son was always excited to see her.
She was amazing for us - her home is lovely and she have a big garden with lots of activities for children. Reka also took my son to park and other outings.
I received photos and detailed learning journal on my son’s development, which was lovely. Also Reka was very flexible with my needs and requirements and my son just love her.
I totally recommend Reka as a trustworthy and caring childminder.

Highly recommended

My daughter is being with her since she was 4 months old .it's been 2 years now.
Reka is well educated how to handle any variety of age children.
she is very kind ,loving with my girl. teaching her many things which is suitable with her age.
as a single mum I can't thank her enough that help and support what I got from her during the years.
my daughter can't wait to see her every morning. and she is really enjoying the time with her. they doing, little arts, crafts,singing, playing, having fun at playground.
I am very pleased and happy with Reka. she is the best .😊

Brilliant

My 3 year old son is always happy to see Reka.

The best

My daughter( 10 years old) absolutely love being at Reka’s. Very professional, kind and organised. I need childcare occasionally in half terms. Reka is very flexible and understanding. Occasionally my daughter had to stay at night, I was very confident that she was in a safe place. Although my daughter is an only child and can be very shy with new people, never sleeps at her friends house either, she is very comfortable at Reka’s either for day or night stay, she loves it there.I can absolutely recommend Reka to anyone, she is the best.

Home from home

My daughter (now 3) has been with Reka for just over 2 years now. She settled in really quickly and really enjoys her time there. She has built up strong relationships in this homey setting, which has been especially important during the madness of covid. Reka is really enthusiastic about all the different seasonal activities and celebrations, and has done an excellent job keeping these going through the pandemic, with really innovative solutions to keeping the children active and happy.

I would absolutely recommend Reka

Reka has been childminding my daughter (15 months old) since September 2018.

I have been extremely happy with the care my daughter has received. Reka is warm and friendly. She provides a wide, fun range of activities. Reka completes an online diary detailing what my baby has done each day. From this I have a complete picture of his whole day including what he has eaten, how long he has slept and all his activities. This helps me to feel involved with her care.

I would absolutely recommend Reka as a great and reliable childminder.

Simply the best....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I was looking for a child minder for my 2 boys I came across this lady and arranged to meet her with the boys she's a lovely lady and takes pride in what she does...the boys absolutely adore her and feel safe in her presence I will most definitely be continuing to use her services....massive thank you xxxx
