About Me
Hello. My name is Leanne I have a 19yr old son im looking for full time part position as nanny/houskeeper, i enjoy arts, theater, music being out doors, i love animals and enjoy floristry cooking and interior desighn. I have a very calm patient caring approach, hard working reliable, professional and trustworthy. excellent understanding of a childs needs.I feel its very important to have good relationship with parents and children to fit in with their family life to meet their needs and requirements. i like to get children out and about as much as possible, do lots of activities with them. I am a very good cook and provide healthy balanced meals and also enjoy cooking with children. I have been very lucky to have worked with some lovely families and cared for the most amazing children who I always stay in contact with. I genuinely love what I do and have developed amazing relationships with the children i care for and lasting friendship with the families.
My Experience
I have 36 years experience working with children 0/12yrs. I have a 19yr old son myself. I have a great deal of experience with babies.. twins.. also special needs. and multiple children of varying ages. I have worked in schools.. nannying childminding.. crèche and nurseries. I'm very flexible and will try my best to fit in with family needs. I have experience working alongside parents as well as sole charge and providing care and help for parents with disabilities as well as child in a carer/ nanny position, giving support allowing mum to be as hands on as possible. I have also taken on the role of nann/housekeeper... running household taking charge all shopping orders pa work pet care liaising with schools other parents and family members arranging play dates and parties outings.

Leanne is an outstanding nanny who has looked after me (a mum with disabilities) and my 2 year old son for the last 2.5 years. She has helped me to be as independent and hands on as possible with my son, while also supporting me around the house and with chores that I struggle with.
My son utterly adores Leanne and she is amazing with him. She is extremely reliable, discrete, trustworthy and hardworking. Leanne rapidly fitted in with all our household routines, and has become a valued member of our family. She has a can-do attitude and has helped me achieve trips/travel plans I would never have thought possible with a young child, and with her calming attitude she makes it look/feel easy!
I cannot recommend her highly enough and would be willing to speak to prospective parents if they wish to discuss further.

Leanne started with us when our daughter was 3.5yrs and our son 9months old. She is gentle and caring and focuses solely on the children. Leanne is very punctual and organised and both the children settled very quickly with her. Leanne had to pick up our daughter from nursery and look after our son all day. She is great with communication and ensures any routines are continued; she also ensures good, healthy meals are eaten. We completely trust Leanne to care for our children and we will miss her!

Leanne has worked with us as a live-out nanny for three years now, since the birth of our twin girls (we also have an older daughter too). Initially Leanne worked alongside me while I was on maternity leave and more recently in sole charge of the children, doing the school run and providing all care for the younger ones during the day. Leanne is extremely reliable, punctual, organised and keeps the house very tidy and neat. She has a wonderful way with our children - really calm, caring and loving. Our kids adore her and she has become a valued part of our family. I can't recommend Leanne highly enough. I'd be happy to chat to prospective parents if you wanted to discuss anything.

Leanne has been looking after my 2 year old son for over 3 months now. He loves going there and can't wait to get out of the house every morning. She's managed to get rid of the dredded dummy and also helped with toilet training. He always comes back shattered and ready to sleep after a full day of activities with Leanne. I would fully recommend anyone looking to have Leanne look after there children as she's done a wonderful job with Harri.
