Siobhan came to our rescue when we needed childcare for our two children while I went to hospital appointments & extra monitoring when I was pregnant with 3rd baby. Siobhan came to visit the children, to meet us and to show us her ID before I left the children in her care.
Siobhan very quickly built a lovely relationship with the children, and she helped to keep them occupied and happy at a time that could have been very unsettling, with lockdown starting, schools closing and a new baby. Siobhan arrived on the first session with activity packs/colouring books she had prepared for the children (aged 2 and 5), and a few games to play together, which were an enormous hit and very age/character appropriate. My daughter really enjoyed doing craft with her, and my son who is usually reluctant to be left with anyone actually cried when Siobhan had to go home!
Siobhan went above and beyond to help us out. She even had her phone on standby for us and arrived at our house at 6am on the day the baby was born, and looked after the children until grandparents arrived.
