Hi my name is Gina. I am half English and half Jamaican and full of love. I am Born and raised in the UK and married to a wonderful, loving and caring man from Barbados.
I am a very happy and positive person. I love children and enjoy being around them I have had eight lovely children - four girls and four boys (two sets of twins). As you can imagine my home is always buzzing and full of energy. Just the way I like it.
Interests and Hobbies:-
I am also very interested in art and writing, such as poetry and short stories. I like to keep fit and am interested in working out using all types of equipment. I enjoy growing my own wheatgrass, lentils and all sorts of other very nutritious sprouts that have a significant impact on the body, from inside out. I enjoy cake and chocolate, going on long treks and bike riding with my family and our favourite places are Box Hill and Richmond Park. We also love to just get in the car and drive to London Town to see all of the hustle and bustle. I also enjoy sewing.

I have always worked with children from as far back as I can remember and over the years I have taken care of many children.
I have had experience in working, voluntarily, with mentaly handicapped children, I have worked for the YMCA as a volunteer to teach children how to swim.
Of course, having eight children and two sets of twins has given me a lot of experience as well.
Previously I have worked as a Learning Support Assistant for children with special needs at a Primary School. Working as a LSA has given me a wealth of knowledge and understanding that I will always treasure.
I have worked with a lovely family of three children. Girl 3 boy 5 and another boy 10. I had worked for this lovely family for two and a half years. My role included arriving for work sometimes at 6am. Getting the children up for school. Preparing their breakfasts. Taking them to school or nursery. Light tidying up the children's rooms...making beds etc. Doing childrens washing and ironing. Preparing lunches and dinners. Helping with homework. Taking the children to parks and activities in the area. Taking the children..when essential..to doctors appointments. Bathing the children. Bedtimes stories. Making sure the children laughed and laughed every day. Ensuring that their mood was always a happy and bright one. References are available upon request.
I have had the pleasure of taking care of a little boy who is now 4 and a half years old. I had been with him since he was 6 months old. I have had sole charge of him while his parents were at work. Feeding...changing...playing...bathing...playing...reading stories...playing...administering medicine whenever needed..playing...going for walks and parks...and always playing. Ensuring baby was in a safe and happy atmosphere. References are also available if requested.
Presently I am available as a nanny, babysitting. Weekends, evenings and overnight.
I have also completed a British Sign Language course level 1.
I have a full and current DBS form.
