In my home I provide a safe and happy environment with a feeling of home from home, in which your child can play learn, develop and achieve. All the activities I provided will help your child work towards their early learning goals. I follow the statuary frame work in Early Years Foundation stage (EYFS) as set out by Ofsted.
Each child is treated as an individual in order to meet their own specific needs. Children are treated equally regardless of their age, gender, race, religion or disability.
I encourage parent participation, welcoming ideas and suggestions. Building positive relationships will help your child grow and achieve.
Each day I will complete a diary for your child making notes on there sleep, nappy changing, meals and activities carried out. This will be accessible to you every day.

My Experience
I have worked as a childminder for 8 years. But I also have experience of private nurseries and schools. but my most valued experience I believe is raising my two boys Glenn age 15 and Michael age 11
As a mum myself I understand how hard it is to choose the right childcare for your little one. And all the worries that come along with it. I will care for your little one as I do my own.
My Qualifications
HND in child health and social studies
BTEC National Diploma in the early years
GNVQ level 2 and 3 in child health studies
Level 3 in preparing to set up a home based childcare business
Portage for children with SEND
Safeguarding children
Paediatric First aider
DBS checked
level 2 food health and hygiene

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
My fee for a full day is £40 ( 9 hours)
If hours run over or requested this will be charged at £4 per hour.
Fee includes lunch (home made menu available), snacks and drinks. Also days out for example playgroup's, farm's, nature walks entrance to age appropriate attractions.
All I ask you to supply are nappies, formual/breast milk, a change of clothes, and suitable clothing, hat scarf, wellies, sun hat etc
I offer an introduction to myself and my setting. Then a taster session free of charge. You don't have to make a decision right away.
After that there will be a settling in period for your child.
