About Me

I am an Ofsted registered childminder, level 3 qualified with paediatric first aid and a new DBS on the update service. I offer 2, 3 and 4 year old free funded places. I have over 20 years experience of working with children.

I am 45 years old and live with my partner and 5 children aged 25,23, 21, 12 and 9. I have always enjoyed working with children and provide a home from home environment where your child will feel valued, loved and cared for. I provide a variety of toys and activities for your child and we will enjoy trips out to tots groups, soft play, parks etc.

I follow the EYFS framework and have up to date first aid and safeguarding training and a current enhanced DBS.

I try to be as flexible as I can and I know from experience what being a working parent is like and try to accommodate shift patterns etc.

I drop off and collect from Oakfield school and nursery

My Experience

I have 5 children of my own and have over 20 years experience of working in a childcare environment. This gives me lots of experience with all ages. I have attended lots of different courses throughout my time working in childcare and I enjoy planning activities and outings for the children I mind. I offer a home from home setting where your child will be loved and cared for while having exciting activities and outings to extend their development.
