Carol runs her child minding business out of her home with her daughter, Sarah. Our only regret is that we didn't use them sooner!
We initially had our son with a well known 'franchised' daycare in Raynes Park. This was so incredibly stressful - he'd cry on drop off and pick up, they did not pay adequate attention to his needs (frequent bib changes when drooling from teething), and gave us absolutely no feedback on his progress.
After 3 months there, we pulled him out and looked for a child minder.
Thankfully, Carol was available at short notice, and welcomed our boy with opens arms. They have created a loving environment that allows the kids to grow, socialise, and learn. We cannot believe how much our son has learnt since going to Carol!
In fact, sometimes our boy gets annoyed when it's home time! What an absolute change from the previous place. Our boy is happy, and we receive pictures and updates throughout the day.
To say I recommend Carol & Sarah is an understatement. They have been a revelation for us, and we are so very sad that we can't take them with us when we leave the country at the end of the month.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for everything you've done. You set the bar very high for childcare, and you have left a lasting impression on our boy's life.
