About Me
Free 15/30 hours government funding for 9 months & 2/3 year olds accepted.
I have been a registered childminder for over 20 years. I live in Atherton close to central train station, in a semi detached house with my husband and 2 children.
I have a large enclosed back garden which is fully astro turfed for year round play with a variety of equipment for the children to enjoy including: bikes,scooters, slide, rocking horse etc. I take the children on regular outings including: play groups,local library,play parks etc.
I have an Ofsted rating of Good with many areas outstanding. Please read report attached.
I enjoy my job very much and love to see the children happy and settled within my home. I implement this by giving the children a safe, stable environment which has reflected in the number of children that have been with me from as young as 4 month old to high school.
I feel it is very important for the children to be prepared for primary school, this is implemented by the EYFS Framework which I follow fully.
My Experience
Children grow and learn at different rates. Due to my experience of being a mum and over 20 years childminding I feel I am able to offer lots of love, care and fun for all children in my care
My Qualifications
I have a variety of qualifications which are relevant to the work I do, these include: First Aid, Safeguarding, basic food hygiene. EYFS framework and many more. All my courses are kept up to date and are used in the day to day running of my business to keep the children safe.

After meeting Donna for the first time I instantly knew I'd feel comfortable leaving my baby with her - all the children seemed very happy around her and there were plenty of activities on the go! Now, a few months on, my little girl really feels like part of a big happy family and I couldnt be happier - except when she doesn't want to come home!!
