About Me
Hello my name is Caroline
I'm a registered childminder and my company is called TeddyBear ChildCare......I have been working with children for 20 years and I have a little girl called Lillian who is 6 years old and two step children called Amelia and Rafferty who stay with us once a month for a weekend. Amelia is 10 years old and Rafferty is 7 years old.
I live with my partner Andy in north watford and he works in Wembley. Both myself and Andy have up to date enhanced DBS.
We have a lovely home with a selection of different toys for all ages of children and lots of different art and craft activities.
I also help run a playgroup in Abbots Langley and going for walks to my local parks.
The age range of the children I can care for are 3 months - 8 years. I am happy to drop off and pick up from local schools in my area.
I have been on lots of training such as Safeguarding , Paediatric First Aid , Early Years Foundation Stage and food Hygiene.
My hobbies include singing (as member of Watford Rock Choir), Walks, spending time with family and friends.
If you commute using the M1 then I am convently located.
The schools and nursery pick ups are from Kingsway Infants school and Kingswood nursery.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
My fees are £6.00 per hour and one full month's money as a deposit. I also expected childcare vouchers and government funding.

- I provide pick ups at Kingswood Nursery School
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Kingsway Infants' School

Caroline is amazing, she has had my daughter since she was 10 months old to 3 years old. She is so great with her it’s like leaving her with family.
Caroline is so kind, caring and really goes the extra mile to help in any way she can. It’s more than a job for her as she adores children and really treats each child as an individual and knows them inside out. She has such a welcoming home with all the toys and activities you can think of.
As a new mum she has supported me through every milestone from going back to work, to teething, toilet training, weening her off naps, she has done it all. I can’t thank her enough for all her kindness and hard work. If you meet with her it will alleviate any concerns you may have and it will make your decision so much easier as there is no faulting her.

We have been with Caroline for nearly two and a half years. She is just excellent and my daughter absolutely loves going to her! When we first started going to Caroline, I was going back to work full time and it was daunting leaving my 8 month old with someone new. Caroline made it so easy and I knew my daughter was going to be well looked after. Here we are two and a half years later and sadly moving on (changed employment and do not live locally) and we are already missing her!
Caroline has encouraged my daughter to grow into her own person and this shows in how much my daughter loves her and how well all the children get along. A fantastic childminder! ❤️

Caroline has looked after my son for a year now, she had him full time whilst I was at work, and now my son has started school she now has him during half term (school terms).
My son went through a bad tantrum stage and she worked well with me and helped every way she could to help him over come this.
My son enjoys going to Carolines, lots of varieties in ages for toys and activities.
She helped to prepare my son to start school with maths and word books.
Very good value for money for the service Caroline provides.
