About Me
Hi my name is Tracey and i have lived in Tulse hill for over 30 years. I have been a childminder for 24 and a half years and have looked after children from the age of 3 months to 5 years and I have seen them go off to school. I live with my husband of 26 years and my 2 wonderful children who are 25 and 23, I also have an older son of 34 but he has now a family of his own and has moved from the family home. I am very trustworthy and honest, I love working with children and seeing them thrive into their own personalities.
My main hours are 8am - 6pm but when discussed with parents I can be flexible upon request.
I have a varied selection of toys to suit children of all different ages and all children's specific needs.
I am a Ofsted Registered childminder and I have been for 24 and a half years.
I very much enjoy my job and love watching the children grow and learn and knowing that I have played a part in them making the steps towards there future is a wonderful feeling.
I provide a warm, safe, very welcoming, family environment for all the children that I care for. My children adore all the children I care for. I have a network of childminding friends whom I see daily.
I like to do as many activities as I can with the children, letting the children lead . At home we do drawing, reading, song time, playtime, story time and of course cuddle time. I visit lots of playgroups, one o clock clubs) parks , nature walks I also do many outings which include London Zoo, Lego Land, Farms and lots of different beaches obviously weather permitting. We also like to go to museums and children's play zones and many more activities. that the children adore.
All places of interest both in and out of London are planned in advance and only go ahead with the parents permission.
I also have a Full UK Driving Licence and I own my own 7 seater car.
My Experience
Although I have not worked in any nurseries, I feel I have much experience with raising my own 3 children over the years and also know having 6 of my own grandchildren. Over the last 24 and a half years I have cared for and looked after many children on a daily basis, age ranging from 3 months - 7 years.

My Availability
I work Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm , I am very flexible to suit different parents needs, earlier starts and later evenings can be discussed....I have 5 weeks holiday a year... Dates of any holidays I take are usually given in advance with plenty of notice......

Tracey looked after our son for 2 years, before he moved onto school. He absolutely loved his time with her. Tracey takes the children out on a range of lovely visits and provides lots of activities for them. She would always send us updates of what he was doing and I loved getting all the photos.

Tracey and her assistant/daughter have been the most wonderful carers to our child. Tracey takes them on the most wonderful days out and is very active with them even on rainy days she takes the kids to local playgroups, and has a few other childminder friends so her kids get to socialise with others too. Her garden is great in the summer also, my daughter has had the happiest time with her and is clearly so comfortable being there. Tracey’s also very flexible and relaxed, which is great for us as parents. I could not recommend her more.

Tracey has been an absolute godsend for us over the past two years - her kind and helpful attitude really got us through those first few months after returning to work. She takes the children on amazing days out - London zoo, chessington, London eye, raf museum, Ruskin park paddling pool, soft play, playgroups etc etc. My son has been on more exciting days out in the last two years than I could ever list! We get lots of pictures at the end of day and we always know he is in very safe hands. We are so sad our son’s time with Tracey has come to an end, although I’m not sure she can get rid of us that easily!

Both of my two children have now been through Traceys care, and couldn't ask for anyone or anything better. They have loved, enjoyed and thrived every minute whilst being in Traceys care, she is just amazing. Sadly both of my children have left to go to preschool/ school now but have had many great adventures and lovely days with Tracey. They have been to many London tourist attractions i.e london eye, london zoo, chessington. They've been to seasonal activities, I.e pumpkin picking & visits to santa clause. They've been to countless playgroups, they do painting, drawing, fun days at various parks, or even just splashing around in the paddling pool in Traceys garden over the summer. Both my children have loved spending time at Traceys and we were really sad when our time at Traceys came to an end, she is definitely a big part of our family and really can not thank her enough. She has always treated my children like one of her own and they've always had the best time. Would absolutely recommend her in a heart beat! Thanks Tracey!

My son has been with Tracey since just before he turned 1. I was nervous to leave him and start back at work, but Tracey made things really easy for us with a settling in period. We are moving out of London and so sadly have to leave Tracey - if I could bring her with me I would! She has been brilliant with our son - she takes the children on regular days out - we get photos sent to use everyday of our son having a wonderful time. I highly recommend her services if you are looking for someone who will almost feel like an extended family.
