Hey I'm Louise, I have recently moved to Derbyshire - Cromford after living in London for 28 years.
I am a fun and energetic nanny and love the outdoors.
I also offer cleaning, organising homes and housekeeping which I can do within children's naps or on a regular individual basis.
I love being creative, through painting, messy play such as sand/water or mud and arts and crafts.
I have excellent time management, pride myself on my ability to have fun and take care of numerous children at any one time and love encouraging each Childs individual personality helping them to thrive!
I am currently looking for regular weekly work on a Thursday and can fit in some ad-hoc hours on other days as needed.
Half term and full time summer childcare is also available if I can bring my 21 month old son with me as his nursery is only term time.
My Experience
For six years I worked in an OFSTED graded Outstanding nursery in London as a nursery officer with children up to 5 years old, but specialising with 3 month - 2 year olds.
I have regularly looked after two-three children at a time overnight and on weekends for previous children from the nursery I worked at.
I nannied and babysat for multiple families alongside my permanent nanny job and have plenty of references to provide.
My last job role ended during my maternity leave due to redundancy and consisted of caring for 2 children who were aged 1 & 3 when I started, and cared for them for 4 years. I worked 7-7, taking care of them 3/4 days a week plus additional babysitting.
Duties included:
preparing & planning educational fun activities indoor at home and museums, classes, clubs etc.
home schooling during lockdown
working full time during lockdown as a live in nanny whilst parents WFH
cooking healthy meals
laundry
tidying and cleaning the home
setting up play dates
preparing weekly menus on a rotation basis
cooking 3 meals a day plus snacks
organising and placing kids food orders
arranging classes
handling bookings for children's appointments and outings.
My Qualifications
I have two A-levels in Health and Social Care.
I hold a Level 2 and Level 3 NVQ childcare qualification.
Food hygiene certificate.
Paediatric first aid.
DBS registered.
My Availability
For babysitting I am available Monday - Sunday.
Thursday available all day.
Saturday and Sunday available all day on an ad-hoc basis or babysitting.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
Daily nanny rate (1 day per week 3 hours+) : £15 per hour. 2-3 hour rate: £20 per hour.
Housekeeping, organising and cleaning rate: £17 per hour.
