Hello I'm Donna ODonohoe

I am a Ofsted graded outstanding childminder

I've been a childminder since 2002 and before that I was a nursery nurse since 1994

I am married to Chris and have 2 sons both grown up and left home now

we have a pet tortoise called Matilda

I live in Ashton Preston PR2 1LH and love my job

we visit toddler grous, library's, farms, zoos and parks among other outings

I take photos of your child throughout the day and send them to you each evening so you can feel.part of your child's day

My Experience

I have a NNEB and a NVQ 2 and 3 in childcare
I hold all upto date certificates for first aid, food hygiene, child protection to name a few
I have been in childcare since 1992 first as a nursery nurse then in 2002 as a childminder.
I have ofsted come out every 3 years to grade me and my work and have been awarded outstanding in May 2023

My Qualifications

I hold a NNEB

NVQ L2 and L3 in childcare

First aid, food hygiene, health and wellbeing

I attend courses throughout the year to keep me upto date with all aspects of the job

My Availability

I look after children aged 0-4 years old

Ofsted rated OUTSTANDING twice in a row

I have a place become available
Monday and Thursday term time only from April 2025 until September 2025
then only a Monday (term time only optional)

I charge £5 per hour

I do full time, part time and term time only

7.30 am until 5.30pm Monday-Thursday

7.30am until 12pm Friday

I don't offer pick ups or drop offs
