About Me
I have looked after children all my adult life and I love what I do! I am a nursery nurse and a registered childminder. I have 27 years experience in childcare as well as being a mum myself.
I provide home based childcare in a safe, secure, clean and most importantly fun environment. Children learn through play and I provide plenty of that! I have lots of resources in my home but also like to take the children to parks, playgroups, the library etc to extend there social skills and experiences.
I am a 45 year old mum of 4. My children are 19,17,15 and 13. Although I have a large family of my own they are all at work or school full time and love playing with the minded children when they are home.
My Experience
Over the last 27 years I have worked in a nursery, as an au pair in New York, a nanny for twins from 2 weeks old and now as a registered childminder for the past 20 years as well as having 4 children of my own who are 19,17,15 and 13. I can provide excellent references from all of the families I have worked for.
My Qualifications
I have an NNEB qualifying me as a nursery nurse.
I am OFSTED registered as a childminder. I got a GOOD in my last inspection.
I am trained in First Aid.
I am CRB checked as is my husband and 2 oldest children .
I hold a clean driving liscence.
My Availability
I have full and part time places available during term time . I collect from Thomas Willingale School and nursery

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
FULL/PART TIME
I charge £6.50 per child/per hour.
AFTER SCHOOL CARE
I charge £8 per child/per hour

My 18 month old daughter has been gaing to Amy's for the past year. I am extremely happy with her service. Amy is a very experienced and caring childminder and her fantastic education and behaviour management skills is clearly evident in her own 4 children who are all LOVELY and treat my daughter as their little sister. I recommend Amy very highly. My daughter loves her dearly!
