About Us
My name is Vanesa and I am the director and manager of Bouncy Bees Childcare. I have worked as a Childminder since 2015, and have been awarded the registration as a nursery with Ofsted in 2024.
The setting has a capacity of 12-14 children depending on their age. We offer a very happy, friendly, loving, safe and clean environment for your child, where they can have fun and learn through play. Each child is encouraged to reach their fully potential and supported to extend their learning in all areas of development.
Some indoor activities will include arts and crafts, messy play, construction, imaginary play and sensory toys. I also will be offering extra curricular activities such as yoga and music.
We have a safe and secure garden where the children will enjoy a variety of outdoor activities including ride on toys, sand and water play, slide, ball games, bug hunts and growing our own vegetables. We also have a children playground at the back of the setting, therefore trips to the park are also enjoyed.
We are PACEY (Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years) members, which means that we work with professionalism and dedication.
We like to work in partnership with parents and in line with the EYFS; therefore I provide a "Learning Journal" through Baby Days, with written information of the activities and routines of the children whilst in the setting.
