About Me
My name is Jo Stewart; the younger children call me Jo Jo. I am 52 and I live in Auckley, Doncaster with my husband and 2 children, age 19 and 15. I have been a childminder for 17 Years, with a inspection of 'good' from Ofsted. I attend playgroup, mums and tots, and pick up from Branton St Wilfrids school. I offer holiday child care as well as term time. I have a playroom with a wide range of toys, kitchen, books and play equipment and a back garden also with a play house and slides, swing, sandpit etc.
My Experience
I have been a childminder for 17 Years and have lots of experience from newborns up to secondary school children, offering a safe, friendly and warm environment for children to be ...I have first aid experience, safe guarding and child protection qualifications, and various other children related experiences/ certificates. I am registered to offer 30 hours free childcare.
My Qualifications
I'm trained in first aid and child protection, safe guarding children level 3. anti bullying, childrens behaviour.
My Availability
I have availability for childrenl, 5 days a week, and for preschool children...I can offer short term holiday cover also..

Jo has been our childminder for the last 18 months. My daughter started with Jo at just 6 months old when I returned to work as a health visitor. I can not fault
Joanne's childminding. Joanne implements the same parenting strategies used at home so that Imogen receives continuity and structure. Joanne is a kind, caring and compassionate woman and it is clear that she puts 100% into aiding all of the children in her care to reach their full potential. Joanne is very knowledgeable about childhood behaviour and development and has taught my daughter so much! They attend a mums and tots group once or week and often take educational trips out.
Joanne's converted house is a safe, warm and friendly environment providing learning opportunities for children of all ages and abilities.
Joanne is almost like an additional family member and the children all appear to feel confortable and confident in Jo Jo's care!
It is clear when looking at Joanne's own children what a caring and kind lady she really is.
