About Me
I am a semi-retired mom with grown up kids. I am a professional and have worked at senior & management level in a number of roles and industries. Have run my own business for a number of years.
I am well educated to Masters degree level. My English is impeccable both written and spoken. I speak two additional languages, Spanish which is fluent but I don't get to use it very often and I also speak a bit of French.
Both my children are dyslexic and one also has dyspraxia. They have grown up to be brilliant young ladies that I like to take a little credit for. So, I have experience with children with disability and find that they are the most rewarding to care for. However, all children are wonderful and it is at this time that they are most impressionable and if I can be a good influence upon their early learning years, that is the best reward.
My Experience
I grew up as part of a large close knit family and have brought up two beautiful daughters, now 30 and 26 years of age. I have also looked after the children of my previous employers, family and friends. I have been working and tutoring children of varying ages and abilities professionally for over ten years. I can provide numerous references to affirm this. More recently I have been the tutor and care giver for a number of children with SEN requirements.

Hi. Fran is brilliant with my autistic son, he loves her from the beginning , they are going for trips and playgrounds, even holding her hand which very rare connection from my SEN son. She is very nice ,helpful person and punctual. Highly recommended.

My little boy has ASD and can be very difficult to look after sometimes. He loved Fran from the first day and is really looking forward to seeing her every time she comes. Not only he is having lots of funwith Fran, but he is also learning a lot and he has made a lot of progress. Can't recommend Fran enough.

Fran made us feel comfortable about leaving our 3 year old and 16 month old with her. She was very flexible with the dates and time that she was able to babysit and was very punctual. Fran is a natural with the boys and they both had lots of fun with her. Fran is a lovely lady and our boys love her.

Fran is a great baby sitter. She was excellent with the children and very caring. We were an hour late getting home as we had to wait for a taxi on a Saturday night and this was no problem for Fran. We recommend her very highly!

Thank you Alex. Your children are wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed looking after them!
Fran helped me with daily school runs and getting the children ready and fed. She showed good discipline as well as being kind and friendly. She was willing to learn and help with anything she needed to know. A pleasure to have work with me. The children and the rest of the family really enjoyed her company too.
