About Me
I have 3 children one boy (2012) and two girls(2013 & 2017). I also have 2 dogs Ernie a Sprocker and Bert a border collie. Married since August 2015. I enjoy going out to parks, beaches, farms, museums and soft plays. I enjoy watching and encouraging children to explore and use their imagination when playing.
I currently do school pick up and drop off in ponteland.
My Experience
My experience is working in a private nursery for 3 years and capable to work with all ages. I have done previous experience in two primary schools.
I have also had the pleasure of my mother being a childminder for over 20 years and helped out a lot when growing up.

My daughter has been attending Amy’s since she was 9 months old. She absolutely loves going, so much so when I come to pick her up she wants to stay. Amy is professional and can’t do enough for the children in her care. She has come on so much since attending. We were undecided if we should do child minder or nursery and It was a no brainier for us after visiting and seeing how Amy operates. Amy’s setting is a home away from home for our daughter as well as being fun and educational.

Amy is absolutely fantastic with our little girl. She is so supportive and goes above and beyond to support you and child not just in the childcare setting but also with advice of things that you can do to support your child at home. Our little girl loves going to Amy’s and has made some lovely friends there too.

My daughter has attended Amy’s for 4 years now and we have loved everyday. Amy’s care is fantastic as she follows the interests of my daughter and engages that in her learning journey. The activities that are provided are creative, engaging and their is a wide range of resources available. We are always involved and kept up to date with our daughters learning. My daughter has been provided top class care which has lead to her developing at a Steady rate and hitting all her milestones. We couldn’t have found a better childcare, she evens asks to go to Amy’s on her days when she isn’t there. Couldn’t recommend enough.

My child has come on so much in the time that she has been in Amy's care. Its amazing that we get updates and photos sent so we can see what they have been up to throughout the day it helps massively with the mummy guilt for leaving her while I work.
Activities are exciting aswell as educational and my child loves it. Amy is professional, flexible and very caring towards each child. Communication is excellent Amy offers support and guidance with any areas that could be worked on at home to help my child's development as well as what's being worked on whilst my child is in Amy's care.

We have been delighted with the care Amy has provided. Our child loves his days with her. She communicates well, offers flexibility and is very professional.
Amy plans exciting and engaging activities, guiding our child’s learning and offering him opportunities based on his interests. We receive regular updates on his progress and guidance on what we can do to support his learning.
