My Requirements

We are a family in St Albans needing a PA/housekeeper for B10 and G6 years old. This is a long-term full time role to start as soon as possible. Both parents travel for work (Dad works outside of the home and mum works remotely) and the children have a busy extra-circular schedule. A confident driver is a must and can provide an automatic duty car.

Full time role from 7:30 to 5:30PM Monday to Fridays with 'summer half day Fridays offered'. Same hours during school holidays.
- House help on full days to support mum laundry, changing bed, simple cooking (mostly ready made meals), no cleaning, cat care
- PA duties for example:
1. schedule dentist appointments, declutter and source new clothing/theme day clothing, errands for the family
2. scheduling children's extra-curriculum activities and manage family's diaries for example who is picking up the children based on mum and dad's meeting schedules.
3. return packages, small items purchases at the shop
4. reading school newsletters and accurately inputting key dates into the family diary
5. ensuring parcels are received accurately
6. stock-take the food pantry and making a list of items to refill, ensuring temperature in the house is comfortable
7. calling utility companies for best deals
8. printing children's school work and relevant information from school websites and put them into folders.
9. organise children's books and clothes

An office will be provided with laptop

- support mum in school runs and drop off/pickup
- sole charge while mum and dad travelling for work with grandma sometimes

Family may require nanny to travel internationally with the family. Babysitting can be offered but not required.

Offer £38-43k annual with discretionary bonus up to 15% if performance exceeding expectations. probation period of 3 months.
