About Me
Hi my name is Tarin Choudhury. I am an Ofsted Registered Local Authority approved Childminder. I qualified with Manchester City Council in 2016.
I am married and have one son called Zaviyar who is 11 years old and one daughter called Nuriya who is 5 years old.
We live in a quiet residential road. Our home is near a park, library and a number of children's play centres. There are four local schools all within walking distance.
I provide quality childcare in a loving home that is happy, clean and bright. In my home, you and your child will be welcomed openly. I aim to develop friendship and trust with parents and the children in my care.
I offer a playful environment full of fun and exciting experiences for your child. It is my aim to give every child in my care a safe and secure environment to grow, learn and develop.
I encourage the children to be confident and independent in every day activity providing valuable experiences to help them in their future.
I follow the guidance of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) which is adapted to meet each child's individual needs ensuring they thrive to their full potential.
I have a safe enclosed child-friendly garden and offer daily outdoor play which includes a range of stimulating activities like a mud kitchen and gardening area.
My indoor and outdoor environment allows your child to follow the 3 Characteristics of Effective Learning of the Development Matters in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

3. Creating and thinking Critically
I will provide healthy snacks and meals and will cater for all dietary requirements including halal and vegetarian.
We will visit the library, the local park for outdoor play, attend a variety children's playgroups like the Sure Start Centre where the children can socialise and interact with other children, have stories read to them, sing and most importantly have fun!
Whilst your child is in my care you can rest assured they will have lots of fun and laughter whilst learning and developing every day.
My Experience
I have 11 years of experience as a mum and approaching 8 years as a childminder. I have a close working relationship with the Early Years Quality Assurance Officer in Manchester who oversees childminders and a good network of childminders and mentors.
I provide a daily diary report and quarterly observation notes on development.

Tarin is an outstanding Childminder. We have used Tarin for our 2 daughters and she has consistently always given both our daughters wonderful care. Always attentive toward the needs of kids. Fantastic communication towards children’s and parents. Always keeps us updated with daily activities and important information regarding safety updates. Nice clean/calm environment for children to explore and learn. Tarin is natural in meeting the needs of children’s emotional, learning developmental needs and understanding parents concerns and responds with a calm approach.

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the daily communication about Jamie's activities and progress. It's reassuring to stay updated on what Jamie is learning and experiencing each day. We are extremely pleased with the care our child receives from Tarin. She created a warm, safe, and stimulating environment that has helped our child grow in confidence and curiosity.
She provides great sources of activity for your children's needs and development she always takes them out.
We appreciate the regular updates on our child’s activities, meals, and developmental milestones. It’s clear that Tarin genuinely cares and puts great effort into providing a nurturing and educational experience. Our child is always excited to go and comes home happy and full of stories.
We’ve noticed significant progress in their social skills, language development, and independence. We trust Tarin completely and are grateful for the peace of mind this brings us as working parents.

Tarin has been an incredible childminder to both of my daughters over the past few years. I first started using her service in 2021 for my eldest, and now my youngest is lucky enough to be in her care as well. From the beginning, Tarin has shown genuine warmth, professionalism, and dedication.
She creates a nurturing and engaging environment where my children have truly thrived. It's been such a joy to watch my daughters grow, learn, and flourish under her care. Tarin keeps the children stimulated and entertained with thoughtful activities, and she regularly updates me throughout the day, which gives me great peace of mind.
One of the best parts is seeing how excited my daughter is each morning to go to Tarin's – it really says it all! I couldn’t ask for a better childminder and feel so grateful for the care and love she provides

I have been dealing with Tarin for nearly four months. Tarin is caring for my 6 years old daughter after picking her up from school. She creates warm, safe, and nurturing environment where my daughter feels completely at ease. She organizes creative and engaging activities from crafts to making cake, which my daughter absolutely loves. If you need an amazing childminder, look no further! Tarin is the best at what she does, from cleanliness of the setting, communication with me regarding my childcare needs and her kind heart towards all children. She ensures all children are safe and happy, makes sure to provide a good environment and keeps them busy with many activities throughout the day. I have a very hyper active daughter. She is nearly 4years old now. My daughter has been with Tarin since July 2023. Its been over a year and my daughter has improved socially as well. I am really glad i chose Tarin. Proximity and environmental wise, her place is very convenient. She has a daughter around my child's age and they are like sisters and BFFs as well as other kids under her care.
I am at ease when i drop my daughter off because i know she is well looked after.
