My Experience

I've been working in childcare for 10 years.

I started as a nursery nurse and where I achieved my Level 3 NVQ. I was then made a room manager working with 2 year olds.
My experience within the nursery setting spans from the baby room to Pre-School.

I started working as a nanny, where I looked after twin girls. I looked after them for 2 and a half years, until they were 3 and a half, when they then started Pre-School full time.

I then went on to nanny for one little boy, from the age of 12 months until he was 3 years old. He started Pre-School in September 2020, which meant my time with him came to an end. I’m still super lucky to still be a part of his life and do the occasional babysitting for the family too.

My current position is ongoing, where I look after a little girl who is 4 and a 7 year old boy. I’ve been with the family for nearly 4 years now. This role is coming to an end Sept 2024, due to the youngest starting school.

I’m looking for a new full time role and I also have availability babysitting and also weekend and evening babysitting.

My Qualifications

I achieved my level 3 NVQ childcare qualification in August 2015. I am also first aid trained and have attended many Surrey County Council training courses such as safeguarding and learning about a child's development.

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £17.00 per hour (gross)
