I current care for 23 month old child.
Duties: cooking healthy meals, planning activities, bath, child’s laundry and keep the child areas clean and tidy.
Reason I want to leave: the mum is pregnant and she doesn’t need me anymore.
September 2017- May 2018
I cared for a 20 month old and 4 year old child. I worked in partnership with the children’s parents to help encourage good behaviour by using the positive reinforcement method. I have continued to promote a positive partnership with the parents through the use of detailed daily reports that outline the children’s day.
I have been able to maintain a nurturing environment with engaging activities and continuous access to the outdoors. I have enjoyed widening the children’s learning experiences through the attendance of different classes and ‘Stay and Plays’. I have thoroughly enjoyed being able to spark the child’s creativity and imagination.
September 2016- Aug 2017
I cared for 26 month old boy. My duties included loving toddler care, finding creative activities, scheduling and encouraging play dates, attending story hours, reading books and driving to and from other activities.
Also I was working in Spain as educational worker and I was managing the mediation between mothers and children, offering collective and individual meetings of information. Educational orientation to the mothers in the process of educating their children and I organized workshops and activities with them.
