About Me
Hi my name is Elizabeth and i'm an Ofsted Registered Childminder, I live in Clipstone with my husband and my two children who are twenty four and twenty three and my dog Lando. I am a member of Pacey and graded good by Ofsted. I have twenty two years experience with working with children. I aIso provide the fifteen and thirty hours funding for 2, 3 and 4 year olds, government tax free childcare and employee voucher companies.
I provide fun, friendly, safe flexible childcare in a homely environment. I treat each child as an individual and provide activities to promote their learning and development and to also have lots of fun and laughs along the way. Please feel free to contact me for more information.
My Experience
I have been childminding for twenty years and working in childcare twenty two years. I am a qualified nursery nurse and i have my NVQ 3 in childcare and education and i have completed my diploma in home-based childcare. I am also accredited and can offer the fifteen and thirty hours funding. I have also worked with children with special educational needs and have a level three SENCO qualification.

Liz has been amazing with both my children. Had them for 2 years now. Extremely attentive and both children have come on leaps since going to her. The home environment really is that and both kids settled in quickly. They run to her when they see her. Very flexible and reliable. Has been a star with my son’s extra’s needs. Could not recommended Liz enough!

Liz is so lovely and friendly, it's obvious with how she is with the children and us parents that she has a lot of experience and enjoys what she does. My little boy enjoys going to her and loves all the activities she does with the children. She is very relaxed and puts you and the children at ease. She also keeps you informed with pictures and messages on what your child has been doing.

My children (5 & 1) both adore Liz; the youngest gets giddy and starts laughing each time we pull up outside and the oldest looks forward to school holidays when he gets to visit too. They love the educational play which is always different and engaging and they come home with all sorts they've made! I feel confident and happy leaving my wee ones with Liz, she's caring and nurturing - higly recommend.

My son has been with Liz since he was around 9month old, he is now 3 years old. She is a fantastic childminder and George absolutely loves her and her family. He has come on leaps and bounds and a lot of that is down to Liz and the learning activities she does with the children. They are like a second family to George and she cannot do enough for us, always there to help when we need it. I'll be very sad when the day comes that George doesn't need to go anymore... But I'll be making sure that's no time soon! Highly recommend :)
