Amazing childminder!

Suzan has been looking after our son since he turned 1 - and now he’s 2 and a half. He really enjoys going to her house and playing with the other children. Suzan provides a safe and stimulating environment for the children, so they can learn and have fun at the same time.

Suzan takes the children out on most days - to places like soft play, cafes and Eltham Palace. I love that my son gets to do fun activities and outings when he’s at Suzan’s.

Suzan is very experienced and sensible. I always feel confident that my son is safe in her care. We are so pleased to have found her. I would highly recommend Suzan to anyone looking for an amazing childminder.

A loving, fun and caring environment

My youngest daughter started with Suzan (and not forgetting Alan!) when she was only 7 months old and my eldest daughter joined her for a day a week, shortly after, when she was almost 4. Suzan provides a real 'home from home' environment; her and Alan are caring, fun and clearly adore the children in their care. They take the kids on days out and socialise with other childminders and their kids, which is great for the little ones! The house works so well as a setting, with it being spacious and the well-stocked playroom is a real favourite with the girls. They both love attending, especially my youngest as her face lights up in the buggy when I pull into their driveway! I never have to worry about any aspect of their care at Suzan's; they're well-fed, get plenty of outdoor time in the large garden, play lots of educational games and most importantly (especially when babies) get lots of lovely cuddles when needed, too.

So lucky to have found Suzan and Alan

Suzan has been an absolute blessing to our family for the past five years! Her care and dedication have been remarkable, and we can't thank her enough for the love and support she's given to both of our boys. Her expertise in child care is evident in the way she nurtures and educates our kids, creating a safe and stimulating environment for them to grow. We trust Susan completely, and she has become an essential part of our family. Her patience, kindness, and understanding have made a significant impact on our children's lives, and we're grateful beyond words for her presence in their formative years. A home from home

Our little girl started with Suzan at 1 year old. She settled so quickly and it was comforting handing her over to another family when she was so young. Our daughter is so happy there now that in the mornings, she waves us goodbye and totters down the road (with us following of course) and rings the doorbell herself. In the ‘normal’ days, Suzan would take the babies out almost every day to different classes or parks or days out. Their house also has a room full of toys and a lovely sociable eating space for them. The garden is huge and beautiful with lots of wildlife for the kids to see in the summer. But it is in these COVID times that Suzan has been stand out - she has done everything possible to keep going. She has been flexible, creative and understanding. It must be so hard for her with all of the usual activities closing down but she has found things to do to keep them happy regardless and our daughter still enjoys each and every day she spends there. Our first daughter went to a lovely nursery which she enjoyed but I feel like Suzan’s has been so much easier for my second baby in terms of her settling and transitioning.

Absolutely the BEST!

As a first time mom I had so much anxiety towards the end of my maternity leave knowing that I was gonna have to go back to work and leave my child with someone. After meeting with about 10 childminders, it only took Suzan a few minutes of meeting her and I felt at ease, I just felt a sudden peace. I immediately felt that she would care for my child as I would. She took her time in making sure that both Baby and I transitioned as comfortably as possible, and Baby honestly warmed up to her almost immediately.

Suzan, her husband Alan,Brooke and Marcus are absolutely the best at what they do, so warm , caring and understanding. I know 100% that they do this because they love it and not as a “job”, She loves and cares for the kids as though they were her own.
She has a lovely home with a big garden and loads of toys to keep the children busy , and on top of that takes them out to play groups and all other activities almost everyday of the week and lets them explore and have fun. She’s good with updates and sharing all that is happening with the kids throughout the day and capturing all the funny moments that she knows parents appreciate.

Suzan is honestly God sent. I can’t praise her enough, the best decision I’ve ever made. She’s done so much in a short period of time, I don’t think I’ll ever meet anyone as good as she is at what she does and I’m so grateful I found her.

Outstanding

Lovely, caring, thoughtful, understanding, knowledgeable
all of those advantages and many more are what Sue can provide you with

She loves the kids as they were her own, she cares for them equally regardless

Her team (Alan, Marcus & Brooke) are all lovely and help Sue whenever she needs a hand, so they kids are not left without anyone's attention which is the most important thing for us the parents

Ollie ( our son) adopted to their house and hot walking from day one, he loves spending time with all of them

A second family for our son

Suzan has been looking after our son since March 2017. Suzan made me feel at ease from the outset, offering to have my son for a settling in morning while I went and got my hair done to keep my mind preoccupied. She clearly dotes on our son, as do the rest of the family and I would go as far as to say that the whole family are a second family to our son now. Suzan is caring and kind. She buys our son little gifts. She throws parties and themed days for the children on their birthdays or for events like Easter or Christmas. She helps our son make birthday cards, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day cards. Suzan has a lovely home with a lovely garden which is great for the children to play in. She is flexible and approachable. Suzan also hires a hall with a few other childminders and they run a play group for all of the children. This is really nice as my son gets to spend time with lots of other children and he is very sociable and confident. I couldn’t see our son being looked after by anyone else now. Thank you for all you have done for us and continue to do.

A place like home

My son was about 15 months when he first went to Suzan and he didn't like being separated from me at all. However in a short space of time he was quite happy to be left at Suzan and enjoys his days very much.
Suzan is very polite, dedicated and loving. She provides an incredibly caring and stimulating environment.
The children there seem very happy, confident and secure.
Her house is very clean and tidy and she's got a very big garden where the children can run around.
Suzan is very flexible and calm. She is also very polite and teaches the children to be the same.
Her husband Alan also helps so much with the children. The children really love him as well. They work incredibly hard together but never seem to be tired.
Her cooking is phenomenal and I am absolutely sure my son prefers Suzan's cooking than mine!
Suzan really provides a home from home for the children and it is immediatley obvious how much she adores the them and how much they adore her back and that is why I never worry when I leave my son with her. She is absolutely brilliant!
I cannot recomend Suzan highly enough to anyone looking for a childminder.

Our Angel

We highly recommend Suzan as she is everything any parent would want for their children.
Suzan is warm, flexible, caring and supportive even to us parent. Our boys (18months and 5years) love her to bits. She was so patient with our youngest when he started and used to cry a lot but now he walks in and slams the door on me. He is a much happy child now.

Suzan has a lovely and spacious house for the children to run around.
She took our two boys when no other child minder or nursery would take them because of varying shift pattern that I work, which does not allow me to set fixed days. Suzan would care for them whenever needed even at short notice.
Her husband Alan is amazing amazing, our boys love him. Both Suzan and Alan do extra like take on of our son to tutoring centre.
I just can't find words and we are very grateful we found Suzan and her wonderful family.

I won't put a price on what she has done and continue to do for us.

Excellent Childminder

Suzan is an excellent childminder who I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a childminder . My son is two and Suzan provides a warm , nurturing , happy and safe environment for him to play as well as learn .

I have had the pleasure of meeting Suzan's husband Alan several times. He has always been welcoming , friendly and kind . You can clearly see how much the other kids there love him, as they fight for his attention .

Suzan has a lovely child friendly home with ample toys in her toy room. A beautiful large back garden which too is child friendly .
Out of all the childminders I've encountered Suzan is by far my favourite and always goes the extra mile .

Finally I'd like to say Suzan is excellent value for money , which includes providing a variety of fresh foods .
