About Me
My name is Louise and I am an Ofsted registered childminder in Cheadle Hulme, I have a Level 3 and 4 diploma in childcare. I have warm and welcoming home which is smoke free with a fully enclosed large back garden, I don’t have any pets. Caring for children has been a passion of mine for many years and as a parent myself I fully understand that you want your child to be cared for in a safe, loving, supportive environment where they are offered stimulating resources and rich learning opportunities to meet all their development milestones.
My Experience
Throughout my career I have worked with children from the age of, two months old up to sixteen in different childcare settings. I began working as a private Nanny before going to work in Private Day Nurseries where I achieved my NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education. I then went on to work for Early Years and Play, facilitating after school clubs and play schemes in Sure Start Children Centres before joining a charitable organisation in 2001 as an Residential Social Care Worker.
I worked with this organisation for sixteen years and worked my way up to Registered Manager. During my time with there I completed my NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People and NVQ Level 4 in Management in Care alongside a number of courses such as, Advanced Safeguarding, food safety and Hygiene, Equality and Diversity, Attachments Theory and Practice, Webster Stratton Training and Risk Assessment Principals and Practice.
I have recently gained two day paediatric first Aid certificate.
These roles have equipped me with valuable skills which I will use as a childminder, and I am keen to continue with training and learning to enable me to develop my skills and provide the best care that I can for the children in my care.

Hourly Childminding rate: £5.50
Daily Childminding rate: £45.00
Half Day: £30.00
Before and after school fee: £17 per day

Our daughter loved her time with Louise, they clicked straight away from her settling in session. Louise is so friendly and she was able to take our daughter at short notice and was really flexible. Louise arranged fun activities and took the children out lots. The use of the Baby Days app was fantastic, Louise kept it up to date and also uploaded some lovely pictures that we loved to see during the day! Would 100% recommend Louise to anyone
