Excellent and very caring childcare

My son is now 3 1/2 years old and he has been going to Smarticles since he was 10 months old and he loves it. Fazila (or as my son calls her, Zila) is very caring and compassionate and she has provided a very high standard of care. There are regular progress updates via Tapestry and his progress has been amazing. When we were first looking for childcare, one of the things that struck my wife and I was how animated the children were compared to some of the nurseries we had reviewed, which is a testament to Fazila and her carers. I have no hesitation in recommending Smarticles!

Excellent Childcare

I would highly recommend Fazila. Professional, Caring and Reliable.

She has a passion for caring for the children like her own. She helps with fussy eating, food is prepared from scratch and always home cooked which was something I was looking for. Through Covid she has taken extra protective steps to ensure the safety of our kids are paramount. This makes me feel safe.

She takes time to understand your child’s needs and adapting her teaching and care accordingly.

Brilliant with kids

We have used Fazila for both our kids. She is fantastic, has a nice clean settings and always updated us with the progress of our children.

Fazila looks after the children as her own which is a plus point as it makes the children easy to settle in. The children are provided with many activities and day outs.

Fazila also takes on board any comments and will make recommendation and changes regarding any concerns you may have.

The setting is clean and has welcoming environment.

I would definitely recommend Fazila

Great Care

We were sending our second daughter for childcare for the first time at the age of 14 months and we were worried about it. But fortunately we found Fazila and there was no looking back after that.

Fazila has been very welcoming and inspite of us delaying our daughter’s joining date she still accommodated us.

Our daughter has adjusted well with Fazila and her team. She comes back happy and now days shows new dance moves which she would have picked up from there.

We are in such peace of mind when we are at work that our litttle one is in safe hands.

Fazila always approaches us with a warm smile. She has always been flexible and willing to take care of our kids even at a short notice.

We are happy to recommend Fazila to other parents.

Warm and welcoming childcare

My daughter is 20 months now, she had been going to Fazila since January only for twice a week and for 3 hours. I was nervous to leave her with anyone else as she never really been with other people without me.
Fazila is a very kind and considerate person, she explained everything I needed to know. She always smiles for the children and all the other careres as well. Everyone is very friendly and the children have a lot of different activities.
My daughter gets very excited and happy whenever she see Fazila’s house and she is happy to go in. No crying, no hard parting. It’s great for me too to know the my child is happy to stay and she is being cared for.
The team is very adaptive, they will keep any requests in mind.

On going amazing stimulation

My baby has now reached 1 year old, Fazila and her team have provided exciting and challenging activities to enable my daughter to develop further.
The minute my baby sees we have pulled up on Fazila’s drive she is smiling giggling and desperately trying to get out of her car seat.
To me this is evident that my baby is an individual the minute she arrives.
Fazila and team are always at the door ready to happily meet and greet us.

I can see there is excellent loving bonds between staff and my baby.

I can’t thank these lovely ladies enough for the care love and attention my beautiful little girl gets.

If you want your child to be happy and safe this is definitely the best place to be

Excellent childcare service. Highly recommend.

My daughter loves it here, she is a very challenging child and they meet all of her needs. Fazilla and her team are excellent with my daughter. They provide a wide range of activities painting, crafts, baking outdoor play to keep my daughter entertained. My daughter's favourite activity is the dance teacher that comes once a week, she absolutely loves it. They even taken them on days out. I couldn't ask for a better child care service. I leave my daughter knowing she is safe and having a fantastic time. Fazilla is very understanding and flexible and will always try and help you out.

Outstanding child care provider

Fazila and her team are very professional,caring,loving in every aspects.
They have settled my baby very quickly from 6 months old.
My baby is so happy to be left in such a wonderful loving stimulating environment.
What I like the most is the level of love and attention they give my baby. It’s more like an extended family.
They show so much love the minute she goes in.
I go to work feeling at ease knowing my baby is being cared for by 4 lovely ladies.
Definitely highly recommend by me and my family.
I truly can’t say anything at all that I would like to change it really is better than any day nursery and child minders I’ve visited.
Special features are my baby does not have to be a part of school runs because of Fazila working in a team, this was the main reason I chose her.
I didn’t want baby in and out of a car.

Fazila is friendly, welcoming and ensures my daughter has a wide range of activities to do whilst she’s there. It is hugely reassuring to see how happy and relaxed she is with Fazila and to hear her so excited to tell us all about her day.
