About Me

I have been childminding since 2010.
I am an accredited child-minder who can offer free 15 or 30 hour funded places for 2 ,3 and 4 year old's, plus local school drop off and pick up's.

I have had my Ofsted grading and was graded OUTSTANDING in all areas for my last two inspections.
I am a mother of 3 been married for 14 years. Have a Large 4 bedroom house with lots of toys to promote learning, plus a large garden space for lots of outdoor play.
We have 2 dog's who just want to be cuddled who have been bought up around children.


I like to take children out to explore different surroundings most days.
I currently run 2 groups in the local area,
One is a Dinky dancers which is all linked to children's development and learning, this is held at the local old people's home with them coming to join in. At Christmas we put on a carol concert for the residents and Grandparents.

The other group is the local childminders group which is held at the sure start centre, with us having access to the sensory room, and all the sure start resources . Childminder's attend with the children they are caring for, allowing the children to mix and play.

We often go to the Local library to the play group they hold and get some new books for us all to read together, along with park visits and walks in the local area.
I spend most weekends doing respite care for children with special needs.

I have registered assistants that work for me, so the children always have someone watching them, this also gives me extra flexibility when it is needed.

My life is devoted to looking after children and helping them develop and build strong relationships with them so they feel happy to be left with me each day,
