My name is Heidi, I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder of over 18 years and Mum to two, now adult, boys. Located in Chudleigh, my home/childcare setting has good size well resourced rooms for the children to enjoy, a downstairs wc and fully enclosed, level, child friendly back garden for lots of outdoor play. We are a home from home environment with a family orientated laid back atmosphere and as such all children are welcomed and included as part of our family.
On a day to day basis we like to get out and about in the natural environment/local community and visit places of local interest, attending toddler groups with other Childminders and organising trips with them regularly. This benefits all of the children giving them a variety of experiences in different environments, promoting the opportunity to socialise and make friends with other children of a similar age. We love to get out and and explore all of the wonderful natural environments our beautiful county has to offer. The sound of children laughing and interacting with eachother as they jump in puddles and make mud pies is priceless. We love to have fun and lots of it.
When at home activities are set up around each child's individual interests and are a mixture of adult and child lead. Activities include, but are not limited to: craft activities, messy play, cooking, story & song time, movement to music.
Invitations to play are set up using a range of age appropriate toys and natural resources which challenge and stimulate the imagination.
Children who are part of our childminding family feel happy, secure and valued which enables them to learn, develop and grow to their full potential.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
Fees are charged on an hour basis please contact me for current rates and details.
I am registered to take the 15/30 hours childcare funding for all eligible age groups, tax free childcare scheme and most employers childcare vouchers.
