I hired Jade for the role of Nanny for my little boy who is now 14 months. we had commitment for 3 days a week for 4 hours a day from 12pm-4pm only. Just working after 3 days she left without giving a notice period. I’m glad we had granny at home for looking after my son. But I imagine if there was no granny I would have been in a terrible situation. We cannot force to keep someone for work if they don’t like it but serving a notice for maybe few days would have made things look more professional & a lot easier. My experience with Jade as Nanny is disappointing.
