About Me
Hi. My name is Magdalena Kacica and I would like to welcome you to "Bright Adventure". I live with my husband and our eleven years old daughter Sophia. We moved from Poland to Glasgow in 2005, where we met. The Childminding service will be provided in my house in the south side of Glasgow (Priesthill).
I have been working with children since 1999 and have experience with children from birth to 12 years old. I started out in Poland studying for my Masters Degree Diploma in Primary Teaching in 2002. I’m qualified and experienced Primary Teacher. I used to teach English in Poland in a Primary School in 1998. In year 2015 I completed NC course in Early Education and Childcare (Clyde College) and in June 2016 I completed HNC course in Early Education and Childcare. During this time, I worked in various nurseries and schools as a part of my course. I have a great understanding of the Curriculum for Excellence and children development milestones. I know how to teach them and help them to develop and grow into happy, confident children, in a safe and caring environment, while building positive relationships with them.

- Experienced Primary Teacher (Masters Degree in Primary Teaching)
- Child Development Officer (Childcare 2 years course completed, HNC)
- First Aid Training
- Food Safety training (level 2)

Availability at “Bright Adventure” from February 2025 only for toddlers 3-5 years old.

Magda is a fantastic childminder who is incredibly loving and extremely professional. One of her key qualities is consistent communication throughout the day and regular news letters with upcoming holidays and schedules for seasonal activities. The play room and garden is filled with plenty of toys and always clean. I would consider the level of care and service Magda provides to be the gold standard I would measure all other childminders against. We have been with Magda for 2 years and are grateful for all the help and advice she has given us in that time. ❤️

Magda is a very nice person with an amazing approach to children. My daughter loved to come to her and has great memories. Magda is very creative - children do a lot of art activities, dance and sing, go for walks or play in the well-equipped garden. Also, she prepares homemade lunches for kids. I highly recommend her service!

Magda is a very experienced childminder. She always has many ideas how to keep the kids entertained. She provides with indoor and outdoor activities. Her home cooked meals are healthy and variable. My son loved going to "auntie" Magda 😊
