Maria Jose had sole charge of our twin girls for three months, before they started nursery. Looking after twins for a whole day can be challenging but Maria Jose was always able to find suitable indoor and outdoor activities for them, to calm them down when they needed this and to find ways of nurturing their different personalities. She structured the day really well and also prepared the girls’ food. Our girls loved going to the park, playing in the garden, singing songs and reading books with her. She spoke in Spanish to our girls which was very important for us since the girls are half Spanish. We miss her very much!
I hired Maria-Jose multiple times to take care of my 8 month old baby, she was punctual each time and my baby loved her, they got along very well and he was calm in her presence. She’s professional and communicates very well, would highly recommend hiring her!
Maria was the best babysitter I’ve ever seen. she was so friendly and warm. She could get friend with my son quickly. My son really felt comfortable with her, she was so experienced. especially, she took care of my son over the weekend night hours , the golden time for each kid who needs more attention of parents , Maria did it great. I really appreciate her and will be definietly in touch with her again.
Thank you Maria
Maria Jose worked as my part-time nanny for nearly 2 years, looking after my two daughters, aged 4 and 10 at the time. Our daughters speak Spanish so it was great to find someone who speaks Spanish natively and also English perfectly.
She was really great with the girls and we never had any problems with her. Maria Jose left employment with us because she needed more hours. We would have happily continued to keep her on as it's clear she really loves working with children. She also worked with us during Covid when both parents were working from home and kids were off school, so that was a lifesaver for us.
Maria Jose was our nanny just after our identical twins were born. Our eldest child was two. She was with us around 18 months and in that time provided excellent care for the three children, which was a challenging task because their mother was present all the time as well. She came up with imaginative games for the children; researched new activities for them; made delicious and nutritious food for them; and also played them the flute. She spoke to them in English and Italian, but mostly in Spanish which is her native tongue, and this was useful because the children are a quarter Spanish. She provided great company to the children’s mother and helped with a great many domestic tasks. We could not have survived those very early days without her.
