My name is Fay, also known as NannyMcFay. I’m an outgoing, sporty, and highly organised individual with a strong sense of discipline and humour. I am passionate about personal growth and thrive on helping young people develop their skills, confidence and being the best version of themselves.
In my spare time, I volunteer with the Windsor and Eton Sea Cadets, where I am the Commanding Officer (the boss). I have continued to write the training plan for the Sea Cadets ensuring a structured, engaging, and developmental experience for each of them.
My Experience
I have over 15years of experience in childcare. These being in many capacities; working in a nursery, teaching children sports, working with children who are neurodiverse, governess nannying and a maternity nurse. Most of my experience has been in private households working for UHNW families. I have travelled with families, proxy parent as and when needed, liaised with schools and tutors, house manager - dealing with staff members, staff rota, inventories, DIY and many more.
