My Requirements

Hello!

I work five days a week from home and in a very full on job - I have very little family support, unfortunately, but I’m doing my best!

Because there are complex needs in our home, I’m looking to build up a community of support, where I can call on Neuroaffirming, calm folk, to come in and play with my children, come out with us and help me so that I can strike a better balance and can more easily juggle all of the things I have to deal with my own.

I am really keen to only hear from people who either have experience of working with children who have additional needs, ideally with a PDA profile or just somebody who is passionate about understanding how my beautiful children perceive our world differently.

I would like to hear from you if who can be the calm in the storm and do not get overwhelmed by shouting and upset.

My three children are beautiful, loving and well mannered and know the difference between right and wrong. And I just need someone who is passionate about helping children like mine, understand the world around them, and can empathise with how difficult it is to be Neurodivergent in a Neurotypical world.

Bonus points if you understand the SEND crisis and are left wing ;)
