My Requirements

We are looking for a PART-TIME nanny, to start beginning of September(with some getting to know us sessions from end of August that we can be flexible about).

Hours: Monday and Tuesday 11.30 am to 7 pm (15 hours per week) We would ideally like to find someone who can do a slightly longer day in school holidays, starting earlier in the morning.

The main duties would be to pick up our little girl from nursery (pre-school) after her morning session, preparing lunch for her, planning afternoon activities at home or out and about, and then picking up our son at the end of his school day (or after school club). Then helping him with homework (or just making sure he does it!), preparing their evening meal and getting our daughter ready for bed. We will take over to do bedtime.

In school holidays, you would be looking after both children during the day so would need to plan some fun activities like going to parks, museums etc

No housework required but kids’ bedrooms and all living areas should be left tidy and organised at the end of the day.

We would love to find someone who can become part of our family - our current nanny has been with us for over 2 years but sadly will be moving on when our daughter starts nursery in September.

Experience of being a sole charge nanny is essential and of looking after pre-school aged children. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is fun, nurturing and loves being with children! We both work so you will be in sole charge of the children.

DBS clearance and first aid certificates will also be required. As will relevant references.
