About Me
Hi my name is Michelle, I have been awarded an Outstanding grade from Ofsted in September 2015 + again in February 2020. I live in a spacious 3 bedroom house in Burgoyne Heights, Guston, Dover. I am fully insured, hold a valid paediatric first aid certificate & have had an enhanced CRB (criminal record check, now DBS) along with my husband. I live with my husband & three children (2008), (2010) + (2017).
I have a wide range of toys, resources and equipment available aimed to suit each childs age, interests, and developmental levels allowing them to reach their full potential. The activities which I carry out include: messy play, puzzles, arts & craft, books, dressing up/role play, cooking, outdoor play, attending toddler groups/parks/feeding the ducks etc, having fun + much more. I visit Dover and Walmer castle, Wingham Wildlife Park, soft play areas + more
I accept 2,3+4yr old government funded hours, both 15 + 30hours as well as the Tax free childcare scheme

From September 2022 I will have spaces available Monday - Thursday for 0-5year olds (minimum of 6 hours per day and 2 days a week)
I am open 8 am - 5:30pm Monday - Thursday. Outside these hours may be available on request

Michelle has been looking after our 13 month old son, Oliver for the last 3 months and she is doing a brilliant job! Her home is lovely, warm, safe with loads of toys and activities for children of all ages.
My partner and I are very happy. Oliver adores Michelle and her family and he gets very excited when we approach her front door in the mornings. She cares for him well and is very organised with daily activities planned for whatever the weather brings.
When we first met Michelle in her setting, we were very impressed. She was the first childminder we had met who showed us her up-to-date folders of her policies, the EYFS guide, certificates and it was all very organised and clear for us to read. We were given a neat little booklet all about her childminding and setting to take home to read. We were also impressed by this.
We loved the idea of 'baby days' where we are able to securely log in to see daily photos, diaries, updates and the developmental progress of Oliver. Michelle also puts all of the highlights together from this to make a keepsake book for us.
We feel extremely happy and comfortable whilst Oliver is in Michelle's care. He has lots of fun and we are always being given great feedback about Oliver's time there.
We would highly recommend Michelle to other parents!

Mitchelle is a lovely and caring lady,very good with children and my daughter was always happy and calm being with her.
