My name is Tia.
I’m a Private Maternity Support Worker, Maternity Nurse & Night Nanny with also 7 years childcare experience.
I have experience working with SEN and supporting with complex health needs aswell. I am Covid Vaccinated, trained in First Aid and Safeguarding, and have an Enhanced DBS. I am also a driver with access to my own vehicle.
I have 4+ years experience working as a Night Nanny, and 2+ years Travel Nanny experience.
Happy and confident cooking healthy nutritious meals, using ‘What Mummy Makes’ by Rebecca Wilson and Annabel Karmel’s recipes. And many other cookbooks.
I’m really interested in doing Montessori style parenting but also very happy to do any parenting style that suits you.

My Experience
My experience ranges from working with many families caring for children between the ages of 0 to 15 years old. Both sole charge care along with occasional shared care work.
During my years as working as a Nanny/Babysitting alongside my full time roles I’ve also gained over 4 years experience within the Healthcare Sector.
Responsibilities as a Nanny/Babysitter I’d perform:
• Experience in caring for children from new-born up to 15 years old both shared and sole care.
• Experience with twins.
• Potty training experience.
• Typical nursery duties such as cooking, cleaning laundry etc.
• Planning fun and age appropriate activities or days out.
• Organising play dates.
• Preparing meals and cleaning children's bedrooms, bathrooms and playrooms.
• Washing & Sterilisation of bottles.
• Following and maintaining daily routine.
• Assisting help with homework.
• Bedtime routine.
• Keeping children safe.
• Keeping in communication with parents.
• Teaching children appropriate social behaviours.
• Occasional school drop offs and pick ups.
The activities that I personally love to perform with children are reading, puzzles, arts and crafts, shapes/sounds, and also of course many outdoor fun activities such as walks to the park, swimming, feeding the ducks, play dates and many more of what the parents may suggest.
With me you can expect safety, honesty, firm but fun as I will always do my best to protect, develop, and love the child I care for. I am firmly committed to working with parents as partners to ensure the best possible outcome for the child, as I am not only there to look after the child but to also provide a caring and loving approach towards them. I enjoy being able to effectively create schedules, routines, and activities for families that work best for their children.
I am a non smoker, have a full UK clean driving license, an up to date DBS and my First Aid.
